Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mud Island

The home was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. Elizabeth and Mike were very responsive and helpful hosts. We would definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Memphis.

This place is fabulous. The indoor and outdoor spaces are incredible. It is centrally located in Memphis. Check-in was easy, and the host provided a great welcome surprise. (I won't spoil it, but they are the best in Memphis.) I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Very cute house! Pro: Great location, kind host, spacious house, amazing backyard! Cons: Airplanes (right by main airport we found out after we booked) , trains, and police sirens all day and night! No closets available to hang up my good clothing, only dresser drawers. Stray cats on the porch every morning when we left. (Not a bother for me as I love animals lol) And last couldn’t sit on the chairs on the porch as they were badly stained from weather.

House was great I loved the backyard, The Style , The Neighborhood was Nice & Friendly, Only Thing Would compliment the house is a full body mirror for guest .

Monty was a fantastic host. Our trip was short, but everything was easy from check in to check out. He really went to extra mile to ensure we were comfortable from a bathrobe, to snacks, to even a bottle of wine. We felt safe and secluded, and the home was beautiful. We were also traveling with 2 toddlers, and he went the extra mile by leaving some candy and a balloon in their room upon arrival which was exciting for them after a long day in the car. 10/10 would rec to a friend!

This was my first experience in a Airbnb and Morgan made my experience very enjoyable. Morgan responded promptly whenever I had a question and she was always pleasant and willing to assist.

The home is in the Historic District with a period theme. Absolutely amazing! We were concerned with safety because of Memphis reputation. There was a police facility across the alley and a court house across the street. None of which detracted from the local charm.

We loved the location! Place was clean and described, perfect for us.

Don and Billy were amazing hosts. They were super communicative. They left us perfect instructions and were there to meet us when we checked in to greet us and make us feel at home. The apartment is great and had all we needed. It's also very close to Beale Street. The location is fantastic. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome.

This was one of the best AirBnB experience we've ever had. Everything was super clean and every room had its own unique feel. The house had everything you could think of and anything you didn't think of that you might need. highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay just outside the city but close enough to get to downtown easily.

Supurb customer service from the Host.

This was a cute and private apartment in an older part of town. Finding it and getting inside were easy - the instructions were very helpful. The space was uncluttered and almost spartan. It looked like the photos but could use a few extra cozy details. I had what I needed, but I felt a few things were missing that might be needed by others. There was no bath mat in the bathroom and only 4 spoons and 4 butter knives in the kitchen. The apartment smelled like smoke, even though it is against their rules. The odor was not strong enough to badly bother my allergies or cause headaches. Also, in terms of safety, when I opened the windows upon check-out, as requested, I found that a window next to the bed was unlocked. If you visit this air bnb, expect a clean and simple place with bare necessities.

A++ rental! We loved our stay here and actually ended up extending a few additional days. Was very glad to finally find an Airbnb that was still small enough for just two people but also included a large comfy couch where you could comfortably spread out and relax without being so cramped like how some other 1bd/1ba rentals seem to only have tiny couches. Would totally stay here again. The neighborhood is very quiet and the other guests were all very quiet and we never had any disturbances at all during our stay. Perfect hidden gem in a historical area of midtown. Thanks! Will definitely be back again!

It was absolutely beautiful, with clean a and beautiful color pallette and decor.

I enjoyed my stay here and felt the money was worth it, considering the added security measures in place. Also, I had a few little issues which were resolved with a little back and forth Landlord has gone above and beyond to assist in returning a package that arrived after I left. . It is very close to many of the local activities. I would recommend if you need to be close to downtown.

Amazing place , nice area. They were always responding when we needed help. The only bad thing I would say it was a few knats in the home. But it’s Summertime and we were in the south. So I understand but over beautiful home and had a great stay.

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

Jon was such a responsive and thorough host!! He always replied to my questions. The space exceeded my expectations! We were there for our wedding and there was so much space for us to finish our wedding prep before our special day. We loved that it was so close to Overton Square (where our wedding was held)! Loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony in the morning and listening to the birds while drinking coffee

It’s everything you can imagine, if you want a place to chill and relax and actually enjoy your stay this is the place for you. I love it so much and I will be coming back again!!!!!!
