Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The house was completely remodeled in 2025 and is located in a quiet area. The bus stop for the free bus and delicious (breakfast) restaurant is only 100 m away. The 10 KM Hochkeil ski area is 500 M AWAY;the 120 KM Hochkönig ski area is 10 minutes away by car or (free) ski bus.
