Es stehen euch Stand Up Paddels, Volleyball und Tischtennisschläger zur Verfügung. Genieße die ruhige Atmosphäre und die fantastische Vogelwelt in mitten des Naturschutzgebietes.

On the right hand is an extra bedroom with a small bathroom (shower and toilet). (bookable from 3 people!) A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor: a gallery anteroom leads to a bedroom; a bathroom; a toilet; a spacious kitchen with dining table and then into a spacious living room. Via the forest and meadow path you are in 3 minutes at Lake Altaussee.

Our vacation home was completely renovated in 2019 and is very close to the lake. With 2 SUPs, small boat, sauna, rain shower, bathtub, mountain and lake views, wooden terrace, balcony, fenced garden, electric car charging station. Over 3 floors: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with fully equipped kitchen and a hobby room with sofa bed.

Penthouse Waterside lake and mountain view Zell am See

The lovingly built apartment 'Penthouse Waterside' is located on the sunny side of the lake in Thumersbach overlooking the Schmittenhöhe, Lake Zell and the Pinzgau mountains. Modernly equipped, with east and south balcony, ski/bicycle room, infrared cabin. Great location right on the lake, a few minutes' walk to the beach and supermarket.
