We rent a renovated 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our detached house. The house is located in a quiet residential street in the Ratinger East near the forest. Nearby there are leisure activities and numerous hiking opportunities, for example through the beautiful Angertal. There are good transport links to the A3, A44 and A52. The train station is only 1.2 km away and the nearest bus stop is 200 m away. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes by car.

We offer a beautiful apartment on the edge of the forest near the Neandersteig and the Radpanoramaweg in Heiligenhaus. The apartment is completely newly renovated. The highlight of the 60 sqm apartment is the 40 sqm roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day. The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-family house. 11 steps lead to the house entrance. The surrounding cities of Düsseldorf, Essen and Wuppertal can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.

The apartment is quietly located on the conservation area. Here you can walk, walk, jog, cycle - in short, simply enjoy nature. The attraction of Mülheim in good weather is an airship. The launch/landing site is within walking distance. Despite the quiet location, you can reach the A52 highway in 5 minutes by car, the Essen trade fair in about 15 minutes, and the Düsseldorf trade fair in about 30 minutes by car. The public transport stop is a 5-minute walk away.
