Newly renovated 1.5 rooms with lake view & pool

Newly renovated 1.5 room apartment with direct lake view. The house is very well maintained and quiet. An elevator as well as a washing machine & dryer are available. A covered parking space is included and the bus stop for excursions is right in front of the house. On the balcony there is a large gas grill as well as a table with chairs and a hanging chair to relax. It is about 10 minutes on foot to Piazza Grande. The apartment also includes separate deck chairs for the pool. Only guests over 27 years old are allowed

The apartment has been completely renovated, everything is up to date and it was wonderful! The air conditioning is perfect, especially now that it gets hot quickly in the apartment. We were able to have an excellent breakfast on the balcony with a view of the lake! The whole apartment is lovingly furnished and everything was available. Even hygiene products for women as well as a super hair dryer and a hair straightener! There were also several bath towels. We asked Magdalena if we could check in earlier than 3:00 pm and that was no problem and we could go directly to the apartment upon arrival at about 12:00, that was just awesome! The location is more than perfect, everything is close enough to walk to (lake and restaurants), parking spaces, there are enough blue zones and we never had problems finding a parking space. We are happy with the whole apartment and would book it again!

We were very comfortable at Sheila‘s place. It is spacious, quiet and very clean. We appreciated the big, comfortable bed and the outdoor space. We discovered beautiful walks and a great grotto to eat nearby. All in all a very pleasant stay!

We felt very comfortable! Everything you need, very clean and generally a nice apartment. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. There is a playground directly on the other side of the street, which is ideal for us personally. The host is always present in the bar downstairs - by the way, it was always nice and quiet at night We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was exactly as described. It is well located, close to the center and the lake. It is good and practical. It has everything you need, even a few coffee pods for the start. Florin has always responded quickly, compptly and helpful. Communication with him has been excellent.

We were very pleased :) Apartment was very clean, check-in very flexible, great view. And the location was simply great, close to the train station & lake, also the city within walking distance. The parking space that belongs directly to the apartment was also very practical.
