Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Air-conditioned bedroom upstairs, with hammam shower (steam bath), Emperor bed (2x2 m) in a renovated old hotel, private TV lounge, in the center of the desertified village of Rochefort-Montagne. Bedroom: 2 x 2 m mattress on slatted frame, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator. Linens/duvets/towels provided, Wifi on each floor, Large kitchen on the ground floor, living room, Android TV.

Beautiful 2-room apartment, hypercentre Mont-Dore

Enjoy a stylish home in the city center, 37 m² on the 2nd floor. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. Composed of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped US kitchen, as well as a sofa convertible into a 140 cm bed. All south and west facing with magnificent views from Sancy to Puy de Gros! It has a bedroom with storage and a 160 cm bed. Finally, a bathroom with shower and toilet. La Maison de Charpentier, Castle View, Lake, 6/10p

Very spacious renovated holiday home - gîte "La Maison de Charpentier", for 6-10 people, located in the upper part of an old barn from the 19th century (type grange en pierre, 1870). The vacation home has a shady and spacious garden overlooking the 12th century castle, Murol (amenities) and its volcanic mountainous surroundings: Lac Chambon, hiking trails, mountain bike routes, waterfalls, restaurants. The area has much more to offer, too many to mention...

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

Delta Cottage of 60m² with terrace and Private Spa

The Delta benefits from a kitchen open to a large living/dining room with pellet stove. On the ground floor is also a first bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs is the mezzanine bedroom with bathtub and double bed. Take advantage of the hammock to relax and access the 2 unusual beds. Access to the chalet is through a 35 m² terrace with private HOT TUB and outdoor furniture.
