Bienvenue au coeur du site naturel de la vallée de l'Hyrôme, dans ce studio indépendant attenant au Moulin Neuf (Moulin à eau du 16 ème siècle). Vous pourrez bénéficier de la terrasse au bord de la rivière Hyrôme, partir en ballade en barque. Accès facile à de nombreux chemins de randonnée au coeur du vignoble. Proche de nombreux sites touristiques; visites de caves. Animaux de compagnie acceptés.

Gîte du petit Manoir

A little piece of paradise in the village. An old building, in a small village, labeled with charm and character. A fully renovated gîte for you to enjoy. A large and generous green garden where you can stroll and rest. The Loire and its discovery trails are just around the corner. A region rich in castles, vineyards, open-air cafes. Come and explore the paths on foot or by bike, canoe, discover the gastronomy, troglodyte sites, museums... You will be warmly welcomed.

Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be accommodated on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access to and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to welcome you to our house located on the Loire Valley Cycle Route and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive, the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi is cut off between midnight and 6 a.m. to avoid waves at night.

Cozy apartment with all comforts 26 m² + private parking

Located in the heart of Les Ponts de Cé (Saint-Maurille district), charming studio in a quiet and recent residence with private parking space. 1st-floor apartment with elevator and intercom. 100 m from all shops (renowned bakery, florist, pharmacy, delicatessen, caterer, etc.). Hypermarket 2 km away. The beautiful banks of the Loire are within walking distance and Angers is a 5-minute drive or public transport (7 days a week). I look forward to welcoming you.

Getaway on a cabin deck

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)

The Cé cabin is in the heart of the historic Saint Maurille district, the oldest of the Cé bridges. The Loire flows 50 meters away, you will appreciate the proximity of the open-air café, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher, the wine cellar, the restaurants... The wood-frame house, built with bio-sourced materials, exudes a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Welcome to La Cabane cé!

Vineyard house in Anjou, "La Société" gîte

Nice little house in the vineyard of Anjou, close to the golf course of Angers. Located in the Loire Valley, it offers a perfect base for visiting castles and vineyards. Very quiet environment two kilometers from the center of Brissac Loire Aubance. "La société" was the community café of the hamlet of Orgigné in the last century. Terrace appreciated by opacarophiles, parking, wood stove.
