Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Villa Gioia Modern house with swimming pool

The modern villa with swimming pool is located a little higher up the mountain, in a quiet area in Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca, close to Lake Maggiore. You have mountain views and a view of the lake. The villa (9 people) consists of a spacious house (upstairs) and a separate smaller apartment (downstairs). The house (5 people) and apartment (4 people) are rented separately from each other except for July and August. The villa is then rented as a whole.

House on three levels with terrace, balcony, garden. Great location overlooking the lake, immersed in nature in the chestnut woods. For those who love hiking, there are several marked trails to reach places of interest such as Lake Delio, Campagnano. 3 km away is Maccagno, on the shores of Lake Maggiore, where you can go canoeing, wind surfing and sailing. From Maccagno, by boat, you can reach the most important places on the lake, both Italian and Swiss.
