Old house located in the heart of this small authentic seaside village that smells like Brittany. Piriac is a small Breton village of character, with its fishing and marina surrounded by beaches, coves, cliffs... Nearby bars and restaurants.

In a charming 14 th -century estate 2.5 km from Guérande, close to the beaches, salt marshes and Brière, beautiful room with independent entrance, toilet, bathroom and private shower.
