Located right by the Shinanomachi Interchange, with Lake Nojiri about 5 minutes away, this property offers year-round enjoyment with plenty of activities. Recommend 2 nights or more (discounts available) Seven people is the best number. In the summer it is cool and the water is cold. - In the cold winter of 10 degrees Celsius, you can stay warm and comfortable from your feet with underfloor heating. Two toilets and the first floor are flat floors, so you can use them safely from children to the elderly. Kurohime Ski Resort is a 5-minute drive away, and there are numerous ski slopes within a 30-minute radius, offering a variety of terrain to enjoy. We offer free rental of a simple BBQ grill and fire pit. On rainy days, you can play darts, Jenga, or table tennis indoors, or visit the nearby hot springs and saunas. In the forest, insects and animals coexist. Snow can be troublesome. This is a quiet villa area at an altitude of about 1000 meters, Iizuna Kogen. Newly built in 2022, simple cabin full of wood aromas. With a 10 minute walk, you'll encounter so many beautiful scenery. Please take a look at Mt. Iino from Oza Hoshi Pond. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi Ward)! It is about a 7-minute walk from the next nearest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen). You can also come by public transport. Walking distance to forest stations, Iizuna soba, ramen, burgers, and other restaurants. About a 25-minute drive from Nagano Station and Zenkoji.Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also a great base for golf skiing to Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. Please also use it for climbing mountains to Togakushi Kodo, Amato-mi Trail, and Mt. Iinjo. If you want to go to the hot springs, it's about a 15-minute drive to the Tenbukan on Lake Reisenji. The public bath is about a 5-minute drive to Asoviva. There is a discount on the bathing fee. We will lend you a projector and screen for free. Play games or screenings on large screens. After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. It is less than 5 minutes walk (or 1 min drive) to some cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter. We are 1080m above sea level, its cool in summer!
