We liked our stay and will be back again to stay at denis's place it was close to the beach and he was very easy going and gave us all the info we needed to get in the unit and easy checkout instructions when we left we enjoyed out time at the beach this trip !

This house was perfect for our week stay with our two dogs. Instructions for check in and check out were clear. The house was very nice and offered a lot of things to use if needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Tina was very responsive to our messages. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future.

What a great time we had at Caroline’s beach house in Myrtle Beach. Great location, close to beach and many other activities. A lot of privacy in back yard to grill and hang out. Everything was as advertised. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Would love to come back and stay again. Lori

Came here to celebrate the wife's birthday, it was exactly as described and pictured. The place was clean and very welcoming "a home away from home." 5 minute walk to the beach and any other stores you need is mins away. Pet friendly and private Adam was friendly and very quick to respond to all questions. His list of recommendations was very helpful when it came to activities. The only small issue we had was the hot tub, something we was looking forward to. There were small bits of sands in it most likely from the last tenants who didn't follow the hot tub rules left on the fences. Other than that our stay here was perfect, would definitely be back again

House was very clean, lots of amenities, plenty of beach towels, and beach accessories. Perfect for our 4 families and our children in the bunk room! Rented a golf cart for trips to the beach! Would highly recommend!

To say this place was absolutely perfect for our family is an understatement! Conveniently located to literally everything! The beach was amazing, shopping was even better and the hosts provided us some special extras which we did not get to utilize but will most certainly check out next time! Rachel was sooo accommodating and even left muffins which my kids and husband made sure to gobble up! For a first time vacation to Myrtle Beach this property made sure to get the stamp the approval of the whole family and has forced plans for a return trip later this summer! One of the best properties and hosts we have experienced!

Our stay at the rental home was amazing. The beach was simply steps away. The owners provided all beach chairs, beach umbrella, rolling cooler & a beach wagon so it was very easy to pack up our gear & go every day. All beach towels were also included. We loved the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our fur babies. The pool was also amazing. We could not be any happier with the total experience of renting this house. All instructions were clearly communicated in a very timely manner, & any correspondence with the owner was always answered very quickly. The house was very spacious. We had a total of 11 people & 3 dogs for our week long stay & with four bedrooms everyone was more than comfortable. There were also three full bathrooms, which was great & accommodated everyone to shower & get ready on a daily basis. The kitchen was well stocked with plates & silverware along with pots & pans, & it was very nice to see a ton games throughout the house for adults and children to play

If you’re looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle but not far from it then this is the place! Absolutely stunning house & totally toddler friendly (no stairs). Feels like home. Comfy and cozy. We drove through the night and Lonnie was great about setting up something so we could check in early morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip and place to stay!

Ashton's condo was very nice. The stairs were fine, it's 2nd floor as described, so we expected to haul our things up & down. (in our 70's) no prob. Inside, clean, smelled good, nice towels, soaps, etc, comfy bed. We didn't cook, so can't attest to any of that. The Keurig was great, with several starter pods. (we bring our own anyway) Another coffee maker & more. Location is perfect with a crosswalk a few steps away that takes you directly to beach access. Had a few "medium" to minor issues, that were immediately responded to by Ashton in a very kind & respectful manner. 10 stars for a great host, works hard to resolve any situation, which we appreciate. Great neighborhood for a beach getaway that's literally across the street from the beach . Thanks Ashton!

Dena was a great host—very informative of the area and very responsive—-we had a little issue of getting locked out but she was able to fix it very quickly —would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend Dena as a host!!!!

What a great place! Everything was as described. It was so nice to be able to have our dog join us on this vacation. The condo is in a very walkable location nearby coffee shops, restaurants and sidewalks even if you want to walk down N Ocean Blvd. Quick access to the beach from the condo. The oversize vehicle parking behind the parking garage is life saver since we had a Tahoe. It was great not to have to check in at the front desk and be able to go right up to the room and use the pin pad and not have to worry about having a keycard. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!

Very clean, nice place to stay for a few days. The place was very roomy. Comfortable beds, nice view from the back patio, and plenty of parking. There was a free pass to the State Park, which included beach access, hiking trails, and free parking. There was a pool pass as well but we did not use it. We only had one minor issue getting the lock to open, but it was quickly rectified. I only mention that to say that Lisa, our host, was very responsive and took care of it right away. We had a very pleasant stay. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay!! Would definitely stay again if we go back to Myrtle Beach!!

Stayed here for 3 nights it was a great experience with good location to the main strip and others places. Easy beach access and nice pool area. The host were very nice and quick to respond. I would stay here again and recommend.

We stayed at Jennifer's condo as a last minute trip for Memorial Weekend. It was our family's first trip to Myrtle Beach, and Jennifer was so helpful answering all of our questions and giving us so many suggestions of places to go! She also set out special activity books and crafts for our two daughters, which they loved! The condo was easy to find, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The beach was also great....super close, clean and even on Memorial weekend wasn't overly crowded. We had a great family trip and will be back again!

The location of the property was perfect to everything we wanted to do. They were very prompt to answer any questions we had while we were there. The property had all of the essentials, and the best part for us was the ability to bring our pups

The unit was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and within walking distance of the beach. It was very convenient and close to everything we needed. There was a minor issue with one of the bathroom toilets, but Greg responded quickly and resolved it right away. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be booking this place again on my next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Sunny and Greg were great hosts. Place was very clean , inviting and looked just like the pictures. Very peaceful and beautiful. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely place to stay, well worth the price. My husband and I enjoyed using the kitchen, watching the ocean from the balcony, and the amenities such as the pools, hammocks and hot tubs. Check-in was a smooth process and we had no troubles finding parking. I do want to mention that the floors could've used a good swiffering and I don't reccomend walking barefoot around the room due to sand and dirt.

We had a great family vacation here, the beach is lovely and the house met our expectations. Very comfortable for 11 of us!

We loved this place great ocean views only thing was the wait time to get on the elevator. The bathroom area for the dogs was very dirty but that has nothing to do with Annette over all very happy and the dogs too.

Extremely clean studio exactly matching the listing description that’s only a two minute walk from the beach. Perfect for a couple with or without a pet. Host was accommodating and very responsive. Would love to come back!

I had a wonderful stay! The highlight for me was definitely the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. I was in town for a business trip, and it was incredibly relaxing to unwind in the room while taking in the stunning scenery. There were a couple of minor issues during my stay. The sink and tub drained a bit slowly, though it wasn’t a major inconvenience. The WiFi posed a bit more of a challenge since it was a public network, which made it unsuitable for handling sensitive company information. Aside from that, everything was great, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
