Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nakagyo Ward

We were arriving in Kyoto without planning activities and the host recommended we go to see an event that was taking place during our visit. Great attention!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The apartment was impeccably clean and cozy, well stocked and we loved the amenities they provided. The hosts were also very clear in the directions and responsive, thank you!

We had a good stay. Mineral noise since it was in a residential area. Walkable to public transit and Nishiki Market. AC was very good. Washer and dryer worked well for small loads.

Yukiko was amazing, we lost our key and she came to give us the spare key late at night. Great host and great place, highly recommend here to everyone!!

A great place for a solo traveler like me. The room had everything I needed, including a washer for personal use, a bathtub, and a window with natural light. It’s within easy walking distance of Kyoto Station and also close to Nanajo Shrine.

Great location close to Kyoto station and Gion. Walkable to nearby attractions. Easy to get an uber and bus.

K/H did an amazing job as a host and making me feel welcome during my stay in Kyoto. Their clear directions made the stay seamless. Noise around the bnb was not as bad as expected ( rail line by the apartment), and it didn’t impact my sleep at all! Thanks again!

This is the ideal spot for your stay in Kyoto! It's just a stone's throw from the train station and the local shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient. We rented bikes nearby, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful city. The apartment is equipped with top-notch appliances, and the host has anticipated every need to ensure your comfort. Communication with the host was outstanding. I would definitely come back without hesitation!

This is a great place and it's in a good central location in Kyoto. I loved that it was across from the Imaya Coffee shop - a great place to start the day a few steps away! Bedroom was very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Kyoto.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay with an Amazing Host! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, made even more memorable by the incredibly friendly and thoughtful host, Ms. Judy Kim. She contacted us well in advance with clear check-in instructions and was flexible in accommodating our arrival time. She even met us in person to assist with parking and gave us a warm welcome with a house tour. We were touched by the little gestures—iced bottled water, delicious snacks, and her genuine conversation where she shared about herself and made us feel right at home. She even helped with our luggage and came to send us off when we checked out. It’s rare to meet such a hospitable and caring host. Highly recommended—we would love to stay again!

Our family of five, which includes children ages 16, 14, and 8 years old, had a wonderful experience at Komori’s place. The accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable for all of us. The house is just about a ten minute walk from Kyoto station and Komori met us at the AirBnB himself to make sure we didn’t get lost. He had very clear instructions on how to use everything in the house and offered plenty of local recommendations. He made our visit to Kyoto special!

The place was beautiful with a traditional Japanese style, and the experience of sleeping on the futon was wonderful. The accommodation overlooks a small stream that separates it from the river by just a street, about 50 meters away. The surrounding area is lovely, with plenty of activities and good restaurants. I really enjoyed the stay, and the front desk lady was extremely kind and helpful. I wish I knew her name so I could mention it here. Thank you for this beautiful experience 🙏🏻

The Nozemi house was a really great experience! The hosts were very kind, easy going, and were responsive. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, and the walk to the JR line / Aeon Mall was shorter than expected (~12 minutes). The only recommendation would be to provide clear instructions for the washer / dryer use, and rice cooker use. Thank you!

Convenient location and within a 8 minute walk to Kyoto Station. Room appeared to have more space than the photos displayed but very comfortable for a family of 5. Check in/check out process was easy and as advised. If you’re looking for a place that is convenient, clean and budget friendly, then you’re in luck. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Kyoto!

I loved this place, located just a few stops north of Kyoto Station. It was perfect for the three of us and spotlessly clean. Our host kindly let us drop off our bags before check-in, which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to do some research before heading out. There's a small kitchen on the first floor, along with a cozy lobby and a washing machine. I highly recommend this place for families of three. I must say, it had the largest bathroom we encountered during our trip. To top it all off, the location is fantastic—right across from the Imperial Palace.

The accommodation is somewhat quiet, by train (two train stations are in the vicinity) you can easily get everywhere. It is basically a hotel with appropriate charm. The staff is very nice and incredibly helpful and accommodating! We were also able to do our laundry there and use the dryer for 100 yen. In addition, you get a lot of towels and much more for your daily bed. Thanks for the great stay at your place!

A great location in a wonderful neighborhood, calm, kind, tidy. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few pleasant days in Kyoto with their friends or family . Thanks for having us !

The room is large, with two Japanese-style rooms, and can sleep a total of five people.The water in the bathroom is very hot, and you can use a high-power machine to dry your clothes at any time after washing. It is close to the subway station and restaurants.

The host is very friendly and the experience is very good.
