Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nakagyo Ward

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The apartment was impeccably clean and cozy, well stocked and we loved the amenities they provided. The hosts were also very clear in the directions and responsive, thank you!

We had a good stay. Mineral noise since it was in a residential area. Walkable to public transit and Nishiki Market. AC was very good. Washer and dryer worked well for small loads.

Dies war das schönste Zimmer, das wir in Japan hatten, wirklich groß und geräumig. Zudem ist die U-Bahn Haltestelle als auch ein Convenience Store nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt - das war super praktisch! Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb, aber nur ein paar wenige Stationen von Kyoto Station entfernt. Wir waren bereits vor der Check-In Zeit vor Ort und durften unser Gepäck der Reinigungskraft geben und in unserem Zimmer verstauen lassen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

I tend to prefer staying in Air BnBs over hotels and this place reminds me why. I have rarely come across a place so pleasing. The accommodation is so comfortable and easy to reach. Kyoto Station is roughly a 10-15 min walk but there were plenty of options to jump on the bus, that would take you to all the main spots in Kyoto. I loved my interaction with Noami and she made me feel right at home. I wished I had stayed for longer. Will definitely recommend this place to others if they are visiting Kyoto. a beautiful accommodation in a beautiful city.

This was the perfect spot for our short stay in Kyoto. Central enough, but on a quiet street. The room had all that we needed, and we appreciated the free use of the washing machine.

Great location close to Kyoto station and Gion. Walkable to nearby attractions. Easy to get an uber and bus.

I really liked the place. It’s relatively close to everything and the host provided my stay with everything I needed. I plan to book this same place when I go back to Kyoto.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Taketo , il est très serviable et toujours souriant. 😀 Merci 🙏 encore. L’appartement et les descriptions sont conformes a ce qui est décrit dans l’annonce . L’appartement se situe à quelques minutes de la gare à pied, nous avons même fait le trajet avec nos valises. 🧳 Le seul point d’attention est le bruit de la circulation mais Taketo a tout prévu ! Des bouchons d’oreille sont à disposition !

This is the ideal spot for your stay in Kyoto! It's just a stone's throw from the train station and the local shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient. We rented bikes nearby, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful city. The apartment is equipped with top-notch appliances, and the host has anticipated every need to ensure your comfort. Communication with the host was outstanding. I would definitely come back without hesitation!

This is a great place and it's in a good central location in Kyoto. I loved that it was across from the Imaya Coffee shop - a great place to start the day a few steps away! Bedroom was very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Kyoto.

It’s a traditional and cosy place right in the centre of old Kyoto

Great location! Nishiki market was a 2 minute walk. Family mart was just around the corner. Everything was close and convenient. We love the free refreshments and some nice gifts when we arrived. We love it so much we’re already planning my next trip. LOL

We stayed here for few days during our Japan trip. The house was beautiful and you can get a true guesthouse experience. Location was good, in a quiet neighborhood and not too far from public services and some good temple sights with almost zero crowds. Owner was very kind and responded quickly to any questions. Book this if you want to experience living in a traditional Japanese residence.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay with an Amazing Host! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, made even more memorable by the incredibly friendly and thoughtful host, Ms. Judy Kim. She contacted us well in advance with clear check-in instructions and was flexible in accommodating our arrival time. She even met us in person to assist with parking and gave us a warm welcome with a house tour. We were touched by the little gestures—iced bottled water, delicious snacks, and her genuine conversation where she shared about herself and made us feel right at home. She even helped with our luggage and came to send us off when we checked out. It’s rare to meet such a hospitable and caring host. Highly recommended—we would love to stay again!

Very nice place! The host is very responsive. The house looks much better than the pictures and very lovely. Highly recommend for those who want a local Japanese residence experience.

The place was beautiful with a traditional Japanese style, and the experience of sleeping on the futon was wonderful. The accommodation overlooks a small stream that separates it from the river by just a street, about 50 meters away. The surrounding area is lovely, with plenty of activities and good restaurants. I really enjoyed the stay, and the front desk lady was extremely kind and helpful. I wish I knew her name so I could mention it here. Thank you for this beautiful experience 🙏🏻

Beautiful place. Lots of space for family of 5. Walking distance to the train station. Has all the basic amenities needed.

The Nozemi house was a really great experience! The hosts were very kind, easy going, and were responsive. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, and the walk to the JR line / Aeon Mall was shorter than expected (~12 minutes). The only recommendation would be to provide clear instructions for the washer / dryer use, and rice cooker use. Thank you!

Convenient location and within a 8 minute walk to Kyoto Station. Room appeared to have more space than the photos displayed but very comfortable for a family of 5. Check in/check out process was easy and as advised. If you’re looking for a place that is convenient, clean and budget friendly, then you’re in luck. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Kyoto!

I loved this place, located just a few stops north of Kyoto Station. It was perfect for the three of us and spotlessly clean. Our host kindly let us drop off our bags before check-in, which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to do some research before heading out. There's a small kitchen on the first floor, along with a cozy lobby and a washing machine. I highly recommend this place for families of three. I must say, it had the largest bathroom we encountered during our trip. To top it all off, the location is fantastic—right across from the Imperial Palace.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente e ben organizzato, con tutto il necessario. La zona è meravigliosa, e in serata, con meno turisti, acquista numerosi punti in più. Con 15 minuti di camminata si arriva alla stazione del bus più vicina, che collega tutte le principali mete di Kyoto (anche se consiglio di passeggiare, “perdendosi” tra le vie meravigliose della città). Il check in è molto semplice e intuitivo, l’host molto cordiale e le istruzioni per un ottimo alloggio sono poche e molto chiare. Grazie!
