One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Small but nice apartment

Our small, well-kept house is located in the sunny Burggrafenamt, in the rose village of Nals. Centrally located, it is ideal for cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. The house with 4 residential units is located in the centre of the village with a grocery store, café and bakery right next door. The village is very lively during the day. Unfortunately, I cannot offer absolute peace and quiet, but I can offer good connections, short distances and integration into lively village life

Noreia Granda

Newly built in 2020, the centrally located apartment building Noreia Granda is located in close proximity to shopping and mountain lifts in Ortisei. The modern apartment was built with natural materials and impresses with its pleasant indoor climate. The apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, has a living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. About 1230 m above Völlan, surrounded by forests, mountains, meadows and old farmhouses, you will find the quiet and elevated holiday apartment Judith at the idyllic Gallhof. The Gallhof is accessible via a mountain road similar to a pass road. The traditionally and modernly furnished holiday apartment offers a large balcony with a view of the Dolomites, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom and two bathrooms. It accommodates two people.

Villa Sunshine

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.
