This place and the view were as described. The view was absolutely beautiful to enjoy during the day and at night. It was just 2 of us and a toddler for one night, but it would be a great value for a larger group for a longer stay! The location was also fantastic.

Loved our stay at the cozy in-law in the heart of Penngrove. Easy to find, private, and perfect for a weekend getaway while visiting for a graduation. The space had everything we needed and the hosts were very welcoming. Would definitely stay again, thank you very much!

I had such a wonderful time here! The studio is a lot bigger than the pictures make it out to be and there’s plenty of outdoor space too! I had everything I needed inside! I’d happily make another reservation again sometime!

We only stayed for one night, but Nancy was very communicative and helpful. Check in was easy, the entrance/garden is very beautiful and serene, and the unit is very comfortable, very clean, and well appointed. Also only a 5 minute drive to downtown, so very convenient. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

Easy to get to restaurants and interesting locations in the Bay Area from Geri’s place. The space itself is very tastefully designed and has everything necessary for a long or short stay. Highly recommended.!!!

We enjoyed the privacy and hominess of your space. The extra touches such as sparkling water in the fridge and snacks were very nice. The bed and couch were very comfortable. Because one of us is chemically sensitive it would be better if the laundry detergent used for sheets and towels was unscented. Michi and John

Sweet and clean house, my girlfriend and I had a very cozy stay here, the backyard is feeling mellow, it was so nice to sit there and watch the sunset. By the way, there are books and music records (mostly jazz) about San Francisco. All in all, lovely place, would recommend!

We had an excellent time at Megan’s place. The location was perfect for a wedding in San Rafael. The place was a perfect size - we couldn’t have had a better time!

We had a great experience staying here. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Communication with Susan was smooth and easy and she was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was perfect and parking on the street was easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

Ricki's place is absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home. It's in a great location, tucked away just enough but still central and accessible. We loved sitting out on the little balcony and listening to the birds, or walking down the street to Andy's Sun Valley Market (easy 5 min walk). The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous (huge shower with skylight!). The shutters open out to a beautiful view and morning sun. And Ricki has thought of everything with the kitchenette. Was sad to leave and I cannot wait to hopefully come back someday!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the water was amazing to wake up to, lots of wildlife, and felt very private. The studio is clean and charming and has plenty of kitchenware despite not having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed being there. The landscape is picture-perfect, the view is breathtaking and you can see lots of animals. Even the deer come by. At night you have a sky full of stars and enjoying it in the hot tub makes it even more special. I can highly recommend a stay there.

Best experience; truly beyond expectations. we were celebrating valentines weekend and we're met with wine and cheese, fresh flowers and a perfect outdoor experience. so many octopi to find in the beautiful garden and in the home. every time you open a cabinet or make a turn. we spent so much time trying to count them all and even added a friend to the collection. even with the occurance of a poweroutage, Margaret truly made sure we were taken care of and updated until the city got the power back on. we honestly can't wait to come back! thank you so much Margaret!

Nice place. Clean and well decorated. Bed is comfy and it has everything there I needed for staying 4 nights. I really enjoyed the location. Nice neighborhood to walk in and I walked only a few minutes to a local yoga studio and restaurants. Host is available if you need anything. I recommend.

I have only superlatives to offer regarding Catherine's listing! The pictures actually do not do it justice - it is more beautiful than even the pictures reflect! The expansive back yard with pool is open for use - and we enjoyed every morning breakfast poolside and shared a glass of wine and dinner next to the fire pit most nights. Catherine is lovely and responded quickly to update us on any events that occurred during our stay. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in the wine country - Catherine and Cassie are the absolute best hosts and have a stunningly beautiful home!

This is a great place for a couples getaway up in the hills of Mill Valley. Nancy is very responsive and takes good care of her guests. The kitchen is modern and practical, there's a nicely tiled bathroom with a bidet, deep Jacuzzi tub and shower. The bed is comfy and there's a nice little simulated fireplace next to it. Every room has glass doors with a view out to the bay. Highly recommended!

Vicki’s place was beautiful, relaxing, private, and comfortable. When you book here you’re booking a private spa with amazing views, it was exactly what we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this location!
