Holiday rentals with beach access in Napili Bay

Our stay in Kihei was great! Anke’s place was very cute and comfortable with a perfect view from the lanai. All communication was professional and reliable 💕

Great clean place with a very nice view of the ocean from the bed. The place was in a great location with tons to do all around. The door code was super nice because we didn’t need to worry about losing a key or anything. The room comes with everything you need and even more. Was very pleased and had a wonderful time in Maui :)

Beautiful location, can't wait to stay again! Walking distance to the beach and to restaurants was fantastic. Everyone was very responsive and helpful when we messaged with questions. The location was perfect for being able explore the whole island and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We came here for our 20th anniversary. The views and beach are unparalleled. It is a more private setting and not walkable to downtown Kihei. This was perfect for us because we just wanted a chill place to be. It is still very accessible to the entire island and Kihei is really easy to get to. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Maui!

Great location with lovely views of the ocean and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening from the lanai! Daily turtle sightings and conveniently located near several wonderful beaches. I was impressed with the outside view - the view matched description perfectly. The host is very responsive. We could get the A/C to work in the living room since as there are special instructions to follow but the host took the time to respond back to us at late hour and immediately scheduled a maintenance crew to inspect the very next day. There aren’t many food options walking distance (more or less 30min), but we had a car so everything worked out great! Otherwise no problems at checking in or finding the place. Highly recommend!

Being really sick in Maui is no fun. Being directly across from a beautiful beach was the saving grace! The home was very inviting and well-appointed. The extras, such as beach chairs, was very helpful. Having an in-place washer and dryer was very nice. While we didn't see much of Maui (thankfully, this wasnt our first trip), having a comfortable to rest was very welcomed. Great hosts; highly recommend a stay here.

It was a great home. It was in a central location to get to all the places we wanted to visit. We loved to just walk around the area, great food, great shopping nearby!!

This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Excellent location, beautiful view, house was well stocked and the communication was terrific from both homeowner Steve alongside the property manager Walker. Speedy responses to any questions we had. Our family had a blast in Maui and would rent from Steve again. Steve also had great recommendations for local eating alongside a picturesque sunset spot. For our family of five, Steve's home was a winner.

Mike and Ashley were incredibly amazing and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. Really appreciated the special touch they left us for our anniversary and will recommend them to and friends and family that visit Maui. Their place is beautiful and it looks even better in pictures. It is perfectly homey, private, and quiet, which was very nice but also close to the beach with a three minute walk couldn’t recommend staying with Mike and Ashley more. Thanks for helping make our anniversary trip special!

Staying at the Kula Jewel is nothing short of the perfect experience. Pamela made sure to personally welcome us, show us around and direct us to local shops. We should have just spent our entire time in Hawaii here, as the views and perfect design of the home gave us the experience of staying with a close friend. Stocked kitchen, great linens, pool and hot tub, bbq and all of the perfect details that make vacations special, Pamela really takes care in making her guests feel at home. The stunning interiors partner with the unique shape of the house, making the Maui landscape picturesque from sunrise to sunset. We will have a place to call our Maui spot when visiting from now on.

We had a fantastic time at Andy and Missy’s place. Truly one of the best views from the lanai. Waking up to the waves crashing and watching the sunset was one of the many memorable moments we had throughout our trip. The place was also in a great location, close to many restaurants and beaches. We will definitely be back!

We had the best time in Maui staying at Jean’s place and everything was exactly as described on air bnb. The condo was in the perfect location just down the street from Napili bay and Kapalua bay which we spent tons of time at lounging and snorkelling. It felt like a home away from home during our stay and if we ever get the chance we’d love to stay at Jeans place again in the future! The views from the Lanai were absolutely stunning and the trade winds cooled off the unit perfectly we didn’t even end up using the AC unit once during our entire trip. The sound of the waves at night was a dreamy experience and we were blown away with the overall experience. 10/10 stay in unit 201! Thanks again Jean!

We really loved our stay here. The unit is clean, updated and comfortable. We also liked the second floor location…very private! Napili Shores in general is beautiful and well kept. We appreciated two restaurants on site, two swimming pools, a hot tub, and a great area where you can view the sunset each evening. We had absolutely no complaints!

Perfect for peace and quiet. Very beautiful beach about a 15 minute walk. Small and cozy, perfect for 1 person or a couple. Great price considering how close it is to walk to a gorgeous beach. Host was very friendly and happy to answer any questions and offer help in a very timely manner. Also appreciated that there was a private Lanai . You could let in lots of light or close the shades to sleep in if you want.

We cannot say enough good things about staying here. We have been to Maui many times over the years, and this was by far the best condo we have stayed in. First off, the view was amazing. Every morning we would drink our coffee on the lanai and watch the outrigger canoes practicing. Evenings we would take long walks on the beach right from our condo. Location is centrally located to everything. Walk down the beach a little ways and you would find an ABC store, produce stand, bakery and shaved ice. There is also a deli downstairs. The condo was very clean and stocked with absolutely everything you would ever need, including laundry detergent, shampoo, phone chargers, etc. Anything you forgot to pack, they had. We will definitely be renting this condo again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Great place, very professional and seemed to have everything thought through and taken care of. would definitely recommend staying here for the views and comfort/convenience to everything Kihei has to offer. it was a quick enough drive to the Haleakala summit district and Hana as well.

The condo was incredible and immediately felt like home! There were no issues and appreciated the hosts quick responses to questions. The area was easy to navigate and the hosts gave many great and local recommendations. This location is great to immerse yourself to both local and resort communities. Friendly neighbors and peaceful building. A/C and in-unit dryer and washer was a HUGE bonus to this incredible deal of a stay! Definitely coming back to this condo!
