Beach apartment holiday rentals in Napili Bay

Loved our stay here! The condo was perfect for what we wanted. Our favorite part was that it was about a 30 second walk to the beach! We definitely used the snorkeling gear and towels as well. We loved walking to the beach in the evening to watch the sea turtles swim at sunset. Would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Maui.

This place was absolutely perfect with Spectacular views just steps from the water. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the lanai overlooking the water. You just can’t beat the tranquil view of the pacific. Our host Dee was super helpful and very responsive. The description and photos in the listing were 100% accurate. The property itself was immaculate and quiet. Location wise, you can’t beat this place. Walking distance to multiple good food places and the main highway easily accessible. Inside the unit, Everything was very clean, easily accessible with Laminated Instructions for the fans, air conditioning, coffee pot were all conveniently located. Beach chairs, towels, noodles, snorkel gear were all provided and good condition. All in all you can’t beat this place and we would 100% book here again.

Our second time staying at this unit and it hopefully won’t be our last! The condo is clean, comfortable, and quiet with direct access to beautiful pools, beaches, and a beach bar. Some incredible restaurants within walking distance (shoutout to Sergio’s cantina) as well as a snorkel Bobs right across the street for all your snorkeling needs. Highly recommend this condo for your dream Maui vacation.

A 6 out of 5 for the views!! Beautiful ocean views right from the condo and steps from a small rocky beach where you could see the sea turtles up close sunbathing on the beach. Its not necessarily a beach you would spend your day at or get in the ocean to swim in due to the rocks but very nice being able to spend a few minutes here and there. There was some true beach access about a 2 min drive down the street, and more options about 10 min in either direction. The condo was as described and had pretty much all basic amenities. The quality and condition of the condo was perfectly fine. The portable A/C unit in the bedroom was very nice for keeping a cool sleeping environment. Appreciated the beach equipment we could use! Maalaea was a small harbor town with a couple restaurants and aquarium. Definitely check out the Maalaea General Store for breakfast, lunch, or basic grocery needs!

When searching for a nice place to stay sight unseen, especially after such a loss to the community, we were pleasantly surprised. We wanted something private yet still in the heart of the activity for our wedding and honeymoon. Maui is breathtaking, and the views from the balcony were incredible. Every day, we could see sea turtles in the water from our private beach, and we were even greeted by a few that spent the night on the beach during our stay. The space was fantastic, and the bed was really comfortable. It was also conveniently close to necessities like the ABC store and a few shopping centers. Heidi was very prompt when we reported a minor issue, and she resolved it quickly while keeping us updated throughout the process. Thank you for hosting us! We will definitely be recommending this spot to all our friends and family, and we hope to visit again sometime!

From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. Melissa was a perfect host and gave great recommendations from food and groceries, to the best places to snorkel and find adventure steps from the condo. Accommodations were exactly as described, and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the decor, and it was so clean and organized. The a/c and ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable. Relaxation was a top priority, and our stay was so peaceful with plenty of space for our family to spread out, and yet cozy enough to gather and just be together! The pools were great, and the bbq areas were clean with excellent prep space to dine al fresco. Restaurants were within walking distance after long adventure days. The kitchen was well-stocked with thoughtful cooking supplies and a large fridge. We were able fill our water bottles with filtered water from the fridge - so nice! Loved the chairs, umbrella, and the wagon for our days at the beach. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Our stay could not have been better. The unit was very well equipped, had everything we needed. The view gland location could not be beat. We will definitely be back!

This place was wonderful for a few nights during our honeymoon! It had berthing you could ever need, beach chairs and towels, sunscreen, aloe, coolers, batteries, cooking utensils, books, games, and so much more! It was in a nice neighborhood that was very walkable. We did a quick walk to the Maui Ocean Center, mini golf, the harbor, desert, and more. Loved staying here and would stay again!

The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

Misti was a wonderful host. Very responsive to any questions or queries we had. Great location with many amenities and restaurants within a short walking distance. And the King bed was quite comfortable and greatly appreciated. Most 1 bd/1ba condos on Maui utilize a queen size bed for some reason. Would book again anytime

Beautiful place and area. Right on the beach, which was amazing. Lots of towels, no need to bring your own shampoo, etc. as those are provided. Well stocked kitchen too. Beach chairs, etc. were also provided. Great trip! We will be back!

this is the best Airbnb on the island! amazing neighborhood close to everything! it felt safe and had a hometown feel. everyone was so friendly. the place itself had everything we needed and the view was incredible! much better than the picture! when our host realized we didn't have beach towels he made sure some were delivered and we were thrilled to come back and see like 6 brand new thick beach towels!! having the washer and dryer in the unit made things so easy too! can't say enough great things about this place and the hosts ! we will be booking here for our next trip! 10/10 recommend!

Gary's place is beautiful! The description on the listing does not do it justice. The Nanea is a dream resort with everything you need. I would stay here again, without hesitation.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

We stayed from June 5-12 and saw soooo many sea turtles from the lanai. Not sure if you can see them year round or just during this time, but it was a real highlight for us! We loved the 5th floor view, both rooms are very comfortable and accommodated two couples well. They have three AC units in the apartment that made it comfortable to sleep at night without getting too hot. The complex has a heated pool that is open until 9PM and scarcely used by others during our visit. They also had beach essentials like folding chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and towels that made our beach trips luxurious! We will definitely look to rent this place again for our future trips to Maui!

Couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to stay for a few days on Maui - the space itself is incredible, feels very luxurious and has an amazing view. The location is just as amazing, just a few steps from the best beach I’ve ever been to. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

This airbnb and the cove are true gems! We tried several other snorkel spots during our trip, but nothing beat snorkeling right here. The house was a perfect fit for our family of five, including three teens, with plenty of space to spread out and chill. We mixed it up with meals: some nights we cooked at the Airbnb with groceries from nearby Napili Market, other nights we grabbed takeout from Joey’s Kitchen or checked out the local food trucks (Kaya Sushi was a favorite). The location is amazing, just a short walk around the cove to Napili Bay, and super close to the Kapalua trail too. We especially loved the breeze flowing through the master bedroom and the high ceilings. Most mornings were spent on the lanai, caffeine in hand, reading, and watching turtles pop their heads up in the water. It was peaceful, relaxing, and everything we hoped for. We hope to come back someday!

Hawaii Life thought of everything. The condo was spotless. The views and lanai made it worth every penny. The host was always available to answer questions, even helping me to remove fabric stains and helping with business paperwork. This was above and beyond. The amenities were superb but the personal touch with food and activities recommendations, nice beach chairs, wagon, coolers, sunscreen, shampoo, coffee maker, keurig, and espresso machines made things seem like at home. We didn’t need to purchase a lot of extras just to throw away after 8 days. We love to travel and I would by far say this is the best place we have stayed. Not only the location and cleanliness but the personal touch in every detail! We will be telling our friends about this location.

Everything was great and as described in listing and the other great reviews. Condo is great, very neat and as described in the listing. Views are amazing from the condo. Sea turtle spotting is very common. The bay is shallow on the low tide, and you might spot people snorkling. Barbara is a very helpful host. The only complain that I had were winds. For some reason it was always windy there during our stay while ’twas quieter on other places in the island. There is only one convenience shop where you can find good brunch and beer.

The place was just as described: clean, comfortable, and with amazing views. There’s plenty to do nearby, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved the condo! Lots of space and nice touches to make it feel like home! The provided beach chairs, umbrella and towels were fantastic! They provided detergent so we could do our laundry before going home too! We would wake up every morning and first go on the amazing beach path, right down the hill from the condo! We would sit outside on the porch all the time and it was so peaceful! Lots of things within walking distance as well- we went to the shops every day for an açaí bowl and matcha-just a short five minute walk away. Thank you for an unbelievable stay!❤️❤️❤️

This condo is in a lovely part of Maui, which was perfect for us. The small bay directly in front of the property allowed for excellent snorkeling, and it's a quick walk to the gorgeous Napili beach. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the bay and the beach, including beach chairs and an umbrella. We enjoyed our stay at Napili Point and would do it again.

This condo on the 11th floor in Kaanapali was an absolute dream! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that opened up to a jaw-dropping panoramic view of the ocean. The balcony became our favorite hangout—we spotted dolphins dancing in the waves and sea turtles gliding near the shore. And the best part? The beach is literally right in front of the building—just a few steps from the lobby to the sand. Inside, the condo had everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. Every detail felt intentional, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach gear and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home (but better). The owners were incredibly responsive and clearly care about their guests’ experience—they were kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it was an experience we’ll never forget. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. If you're coming to Maui, this is the place you want to be.
