The Residence is located 200 m from the city center, 3 minutes' walk from the arenas, 25 minutes' drive from the coast and 15 minutes' walk from the train station, close to all amenities.

This accommodation is located in the center of a small village in the heart of Chalosse, 20 minutes from Dax, 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean. This 30 square meter mezzanine studio is equipped with a fridge, 2 induction stoves, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), washing machine, TNT TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The small bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. The mezzanine bedroom has a 140 bed and a closet. Baby crib on request.
