excelente casa con asador y firepit muy Agusto para disfrutar de la increíble vista. la casa tiene muchas escaleras complicando la subida de las compras comida y cosas en general. le faltan unos barandales y hay una sección en construcción, pero en general muy bonita la casa.

Un lugar excelente, se siente como estar en casa, es la segunda vez que ocupamos este lugar y el anfitrión siempre está atento y se preocupa por sus huéspedes, la casa está impecable, buena zona, todo cercano, y accesible. nos encantó y si volveremos en futuros viajes que tengamos.

Nuestra estancia fue súper cómoda!! Don Alonso y Erik fueron súper responsivos, nos hicieron sentir en casa y estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. La propiedad tiene todo lo necesario para que te desconectes y puedas estar con todas las comodidades y lo necesario. Definitivamente queremos regresar. Muchísimas gracias

Mi estancia en esta casa fue excelente. El lugar es muy cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue rápida y amable en todo momento. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle para que uno se sienta como en casa. Sin duda, recomendaría este alojamiento y volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Gracias por todo!

Of all of the many MANY Airbnb’s I have stayed at, David’s was one of the best! Great working class neighborhood with shops, a delicious family run Taqueria (and even a McDonald’s if you’re Jonesin for junk food). Lots of shops, Easy and very safe neighborhood to navigate. The house is located in an alley with these amazing frescos and colors on all the buildings. You enter through a locked gate and all the neighbors we ran into we’re always super sweet. The house is rústico with wooden beams, tiles, an amazing rooftop terrace for wine by the fire pit (David even kept is well stocked with wood), a washing machine and lots of plants. The rooms are all comfortable with great ventilación and blankets should you get chilled. The kitchen is very well equipped. David lives close by so is always available without being intrusive. He has two adorable dogs that love to come visit should you need some puppy love. I could go on but I’m running out of room. Stay here- you won’t regret it!

casa cómoda, cumple con las amenidades que promete, buen lugar para ir de fin de semana si tienes que viajar al estado de México, cerca de periférico y lo que hace fácil salir a varias zonas recomendado, el anfitrión muy atento y al pendiente de nuestra llegada

Better than the pictures! The space is amazing—open kitchen, dining, living, patio area upstairs and three separate bedrooms a short stairwell down. Plants everywhere, soothing color scheme, very chill. An ideal place to spend time with family or friends, and very important: walkable to so many great restaurants, parks, etc. You just need to love cats. There are three and they are very friendly, seeking your company/lap anywhere you are in the open living space (they are not allowed in the bedrooms). We have a cat so it was not a big problem, but if you are allergic or annoyed by (shedy) little sweeties who love human contact, this spectacular space won't be for you.

Fantastic place and neighborhood. Exactly as the description and pictures, so nice to have the large outdoor areas. Right in the middle of everything you need, you feel right at home. Great facilities and hot water, kind to provide a large container of drinking water. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again! Thank you for having me!

El alojamiento es muy bonito y cómodo, el centro de cdmx suele ser ruidoso, pero la habitación donde me hospede tenian ventanas qué sellaban el ruido de afuera, así que dormí muy bien. La atención del Sr que estuvo en la Recepción fue muy buena y amable, tiene elevador así que no es difícil llegar a las habitaciones, ningún problema con el agua caliente, todo muy cómodo, y la cama es sumamente cómoda, era imposible no quedarse dormido ahí. Hasta el momento el mejor alojamiento en el que me he quedado. El único detalle sería que no tiene aire acondicionado, yo no lo necesite por que el clima era bueno, solo a tomar eso en cuenta si se va en época de calor. Me gusta que tiene establecimientos por todas partes, hasta hay un restaurante que abre las 24 hrs a un costado. Esta a 2 calles de bellas artes, esta excelente para pasear dentro del centro. Lo recomiendo.

El departamento esta muy bien. Los electrodomésticos son nuevos. Las camas muy cómodas. Sitio silencioso y muy seguro. Nuestra anfitriona se porto espectacular con nosotros, siempre pendiente. Si volvemos repetiré sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias por todo.

Mi familia y yo pasamos las mejores vacaciones familiares en su hermoso, amplio y cómodo departamento! Éramos 4 adultos y 2 niñas. El departamento tiene la mejor ubicación, cómodo, moderno, muy limpio, zona tranquila y sin ruido exterior, demasiadas opciones para comer para todos los presupuestos. Nos sentimos como en casa y superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Nos sorprendió gratamente que a la mitad de nuestra estadía (13 días) fueron a hacer limpieza general y cambio de ropa de cama. Héctor siempre muy amable y contestaba rápido a mis dudas. Definitivamente el próximo año regresaremos!!

This was our third time to Mexico City, Andreas PLACE was in the heart of the Condessa really fun part of the neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. Andrea and her team were super responsive and helpful with all of our questions. She also had great recommendations.

Es un alojamiento increíble.las fotos son tales como se publica es la tercera vez que la rentamos y nos la pasamos muy. El Sr Flavio muy amable y celinda siempre al pendiente de todo lo que necesitáramos.

La estancia fue super agradable. Diego y Jesús muy atentos. agregaría que el jardín es compartido y a veces es confuso.

Amaaaaaazing cabin. If we are talking just about the property itself, 10/10. The vaulted ceiling is hypnotizing, the forest is beautiful, the design details are thoughtful, the space is really unique. The owners clearly have good taste and considered how to make the space great for long chats and lovely meals. The sheets on the beds are super soft, the lighting placements are really smart, and of course the conversation pit is the cherry on top. Around the property was a bit of a different story— there’s construction happening across the road, which we thought would be fine but they were literally cutting stone 8-5 every day, sometimes later. Also there is a dog daycare/retreatt nearby so we heard groups of dogs barking all day…. Or at least that’s what we think it was—I couldn’t believe how many dogs i heard so we went up the road to see, and thats what it seemed to be None of this is the property owners fault, but worth considering if you are looking for a quiet escape

Fue lo que esperaba, aunque haga frío afuera la cabaña es calientita y muy acogedora, tiene todo para pasarla increíble con fogata, terraza y juegos de mesa. La cama muy cómoda.
