Waterfront holiday rentals in Naviglio Grande

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights in late May. The apartment is very modern and beautiful. The hosts responded promptly to any questions. On one evening we had a problem switching the air conditioning on. Fabio responded to our message straight away and offered support. When we couldn’t sort it ourselves, he came out and fixed it. Fabio gave us recommendations for where to eat and was very friendly. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Como as it was around 7 minutes to the centre.

We had a very nice stay at Sunset House. The apartment is well maintained and well appointed. From the garden, you have a great view of the lake and can enjoy the sun. We felt very comfortable.

Wow! What a beautiful flat. Nicoletta was very responsive! She was by far one of the best host on Airbnb. The place was beautiful!! Clean and very spacious! More spacious than the picture showed!! THE VIEW! While it’s got a smaller view than most would want of como it still was amazing and very lovely to sit on the balcony and drink a glass of wine at night or eat a croissant and drink an espresso in the morning. Nicoletta was very responsive in so many ways. She fixed the one issue we had instantly without a fuss. That alone I wanna give her 10/5! She had recommendations on the spot for everything. She replied very fast and it was so nice. We are already want to come back!!

First, I have to emphasize the communication with Yvonne very positively. Responded to questions very quickly and always helpful. Amenities of appliances like at home, all there. There are more than enough dishes , silverware and glasses available . What is the highlight, the magnificent view of Lake Maggiore at breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The shore promenade to Belgirate by car is five minutes away. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the village. It is 20 to 30 minutes to walk up. If you want it a little quieter, this is the place. We loved staying at Philippa’s apartment; it is literally in the center of the square in the center of town. Orta St.Giulio is a magical place and this apartment helps you experience that magic, from both the wide front windows and the beautiful roof top. Everything was comfortable, very clean, and easy to use. Having a washing machine made the stay easier, and the water pressure was great. Hearing the chatter from the square (no cars, fortunately) was lovely. The instructions that Philippa left for us were clear and helpful — everything from how to use the apartment to what restaurants and walks are nearby. She even organized a taxi for us to get to the airport on our last day. We loved Lago Orta and we loved this apartment.

The cottage is cozy and has everything you need . The ideal location for walking . The Convenient parking. Super helpful host. Highly recommended

It was last minute booking. Unplanned but one of the best stay we had.

Beautiful and unique accommodation, in a quiet area right on the water. Accommodation is equipped with only important things. If you arrive by car, there is the possibility to park directly in front of the house. The city center is about 20 minutes' walk along the water. WiFi works great. A restaurant is right behind the house that serves good food. Francesca was very nice and gives you very helpful tips for a great stay in Lecco and Lake Como.

Lara’s home is a cozy gem in a beautiful setting. She made sure it was well prepared including having the heat on in advance and all amenities ready for use. All things were there to make it comfortable including a great kitchen set up for cooking, quality dishes, etc. She was extremely responsive and helpful when needed. We highly recommend staying here.

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We have gratefully used the table tennis table. In short: a top location.

We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

very nice apartment in a quiet area, opposite is a café and only 2 minutes away are restaurants where you can get delicious Italian food. There is not much tourism here, but rather locals. The lake is also just a 5-minute walk away. There is a beach bar with loungers.

We had a wonderful time at Anthony's house. There were six of us and a toddler and we really had a lot of space. Everything was very well equipped, from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was a dream and the view was priceless. The short distance to the lake was ideal for a short trip on the lake in a canoe or SUP. We would definitely book again. Thank you Anthony!

Great experience. We stayed for only one night but the place is also perfect for longer time. All instructions were super clear and even if the streets are busy if the windows are closed there is barely no noise

It was beautiful! Jacobo is a really great host. There is a large garden including a bench, table and shade. We received responses to our messages within a few minutes and always received perfect help if there were any questions. The accommodation is wonderfully spacious and has been just perfect. Clean accommodation, very well located for visiting Lake Como. We could park nearby. All amenities nearby (the lakefront is super well equipped). We enjoyed renting bikes, a stone's throw from the accommodation... to take a trip to Lake Garlate. I would highly recommend it!

This place was perfect for a short or long term stay in Milan! The location is great, with the center close and great food and nightlife nearby. Luz’s was a fantastic host, incredibly attentive and understanding!! Would definitely recommend :)

The apartments are excellent according to all criteria: location, amenities, cleanliness, no noise from the neighbors. The lake is a 5-7 minute walk, the same to the supermarket. It was very nice to communicate with the host on any issue.

We had the most wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely perfect – spotless, beautifully maintained, and ideally located in a charming, peaceful area just outside the busy tourist spots. It was so refreshing to enjoy the quiet while still being close to amazing local restaurants and everything we needed. The view of Lake Como right at our doorstep was simply breathtaking – waking up to that every morning was magical! Our host was incredibly helpful, always available and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. This place is an absolute gem – perfect for a romantic weekend escape. A very lovely apartment! With smart planning, exciting artwork. A good place to hire when you are collegues and prefere private bedroom and bathrooms. Close to JRC or fantastic of you longing for a perfect view over the lake!
