Holiday rentals with a patio in Nea Alikarnassos

We enjoyed our stay here overnight. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. Communication regarding checking in was great, also very helpful with directions to the bus station for our onward journey.

Highly recommended – Ezith’s Apartments! We had a wonderful stay! First of all, they kindly allowed us to check in at 07:00 instead of the usual 15:00, as we arrived very early. Communication with the host was excellent—prompt, helpful, and friendly. He was kind, informative, and let us know we could reach out if we needed anything. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and just as shown in the photos. It’s located very close to the city center(approximately-10 minutes by car)end there was free parking available right outside the building. We had an amazing time and truly cannot recommend Ezith’s Luxury Apartments enough. Thank you so much—we’ll definitely be back! Dimitra

We spent four weeks here. Eleni and her mother are super hostesses. They were quick to respond to questions or issues. The apartment is well equipped, in a quiet location. Cars are parked in the cul de sac, but only pedestrians have access to the throughway. The flat is within a two minute walk to the historical, mostly pedestrian center, within the Venetian city walls. Nearby there are churches, museums, parks, restaurants, cafes, and a bustling nightlife. Supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bus lines, and the beautiful port are all within minutes of the apartment. If you are visiting Heraklion this is where you will want to stay.

The apartment was very nice with a spectacular view. It was all within walking distance. And the hosts were super friendly and always available.

A very nice apartment with everything you need. Right on the beach. View from the balcony is simply fantastic, we enjoyed having breakfast there every morning. The car could be parked easily on the street. Would book the apartment again at any time without ifs and buts.

Giorgio’s apartment is perfect for a couple. The bed was very comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and the balcony was wonderful for enjoying a drink in the evening. Very close to all the sites, it is a perfect place to stay when you are in Heraklion.

Great stay for family of 4. Private backyard with clothing rack was very useful for doing laundry and drying clothes. Kitchen had everything we needed and closet had lots of supplies. Highly recommend!

Busy neighborhood on Friday night. Loud music and barking all night.

We stayed as a family of six, four adults and two children (8 and 5). The set up was really comfortable and worked perfectly for us. The outdoor pool area is great and our two kids loved it - especially as there were lots of inflatables left to play with. We arrived at 3am. Xristos offered to meet us, but when we suggested with young children we'd prefer just to get in and get to bed, then meet up after it was no problem at all. We had instructions to call when we arrived, and the gate was opened for us. We were blown away by how well supplied the house was. Xristos was in touch in the week before to check if we needed anything in particular and couldn't have been more helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to start our holiday. Then we had a delivery of local fruit and wild artichokes as they were in season. Amazing. There was a dust storm before we arrived. Xristos promptly sorted this too. A great and relaxed place to stay, with an unbelievably good host. Thanks!

We can only agree with the many positive reviews. We had a great time in the beautiful mountain village – it was a special experience. Every morning we had breakfast on the roof terrace and enjoyed the tranquility. At first we thought the sea would be missing, but that wasn't the case at all. We really came to rest – walks in the area were enough for that. Actually, we planned to do more, but we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere so much that we took it easy. Nevertheless, we were traveling by car and made some nice excursions, including to the coast, where we discovered great restaurants. A vacation that will stay with us in very good memory. This very clean and ultra-modern holiday home exceeded all our expectations! Such a warm personal welcome from the owners. A well-stocked refrigerator on arrival, as well as fruit, coffee and refreshments. Beautiful large private swimming pool. Fantastic luxurious enjoyment in all comfort with comfortable loungers and bathrobes/slippers. It was perfect for us, definitely recommend it and will undoubtedly come back soon!

We visited the house with my husband and my 1.5 year old son and had a great time at Stellina's spotless house! The amenities were exactly what you would ask for on vacation, and the host was cheerful, and I really appreciated the fact that we could find her so we needed it. She was prompt and welcoming. We will definitely visit Stelina again after we already booked our vacation for the summer! We're all looking forward to it!! Thanks for everything Stelina!!

We had a great time. It was very close to the center of Heraklion where we spent New Year’s Eve. The place was well furnished and clean. Would definitely come back.

I stayed for a month and the apartment has everything you need for a stay in the city. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the town centre, with bus stops (which takes you too and from the airport easily), shops, cafes and plenty of places to eat all close by. I felt very safe walking to the apartment alone on an evening. Despite being to close to the centre, the location of the apartment is quiet and there is no noise from traffic or nightlife. The apartment has two bedrooms which are light and have plenty of space, and the beds are also very comfortable. The balcony is great for drying your clothes and for sitting and enjoying the sun. The apartment would be very comfortable and enough room for 4 people staying here. Hosts are very responsive and have addressed any small issues that have arisen.

Wow! We went to a bachelorette party 4 girls and it was simply amazing! George was long before the trip spoke to me on whatsapp and was available for all my questions. Booked us a taxi from the airport that arrived just on time and everything was very clear through whatsapp. Also at the entrance to the property, George received us, took luggage ( until check-in) and kept them in a secure room. The property is stunning and just right,cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and right next to all the fun - exactly five minutes walking distance. Buy us some nibbles that were waiting for us in the room, was always available for questions and recommendations for us and even made me really good and took me a ride to the massage he had booked for me in advance in the area. Really was just perfect. I really recommend to anyone who wants to clear their minds and get reliable and professional service above and beyond.

The place was nice and clean. We had everything we needed. The property is not far from the airport c.a 10 minutes. Check in was great . The communication with Euagellos was great 👍 We needed more towels and within 5 minutes we got you from Euagelos. Parking was also abundant. And Thursday and Saturday there is a market outside the door. Which was really nice. We can recommend the accommodation. Everything is great

Excellent stay in the apartment of manos. Very warm welcome, smiling, attentive to his guests. Upon our arrival, a varied and complete buffet awaited us. Very appreciable after a long trip. Very clean and functional accommodation. Very good communication. We thank him and his wife Eleni and highly recommend this apartment. The best.

Central Location Apartment. Clear space and according to the description. The host always replied to the messages and was very helpful when I couldn't buy capsules for the coffee machine, offering them free with delivery to the apartment.

Excellent location, very clean and large apartment Comfortable beds, good quality air conditioning that is adjustable in each rooms Provided a travel cot and high chair for our baby which was very helpful Few steps up into the apartment, but then there is a lift to get luggage up Beautiful view, unfortunately the balcony was out of action for our stay as they were replacing the railing with a glass one - this did make it a challenge to dry clothes, but hopefully wont be an issue for others. Kitchen is pretty sparsely equipped, though we didn't need to do much cooking. Would have been good to have some cupboard essentials provided that you don't want to have to buy like condiments, coffee, oil, salt and pepper etc.

I loved my stay, Georgia and her husband are the nicest of hosts and I felt like at home. The location is the best in Heraklion. 10 minutes walk to city center, less to nearby grocery stores and lots of restaurants nearby, several quite posh. I could see the sea from the roof top and the hot tub was excellent. 10/10 experience.
