Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

This apartment is just WOW, whether you are sitting on the front verandah or on the top deck. The view of Acropolis is just breathing. Gianni is the best host ever. His responses were super fast and helpful. He can help with food, islands, what to do, wine etc. Apartment was so comfortable, that we didn't want to leave. Gianni has everything what you need. Not going to mention, olive oil, spices, the herbs etc. We were so grateful to stay there and can't wait to go back again. Thank you so much for all your help, Gianni.

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Lovely little home tucked away from the street. Host was a great communicator and the place itself was nice. Walked to ATAKA taverna for dinner and that was delightful.

Christos was an excellent host, we ended up meeting him at the place but he sent clear instructions in case timing didn't work out. He gave great suggestions for local restaurants and bars and was responsive to any messages! The place is a quick 20 minute walk to the acropolis area or a super easy train ride on the public transport! thanks Christos xx

This was a great find for us, close to the airport after a late night arrival, Google maps got us to the right place first time and it was a lovely family farmhouse. Clean and comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The courtyard was a gorgeous spot for breakfast and so was the patio outside the kitchen. We met the hosts who were friendly and kind especially when we managed to lock ourselves out!

Wonderful and just what we needed for a one night stay from the airport! She was so kind, responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend if you need somewhere just off of the airport.

La maison était parfaite. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille, à 14 + un bébé, et nous nous sommes régalés. Le logement était propre, confortable et apaisant. Super séjour à Perdika. Seul petit bémol, l’absence de climatisation dans la chambre du sous-sol. Nous remercions Ioulia pour son accueil et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour !

Constantinos was totally incredible. He went out of his way to help us get around as the roads were all blocked for a local race. He even picked us up and got us out of the blockade so we could get a taxi. Even more incredibly when we were unable to return to the apartment for check-out due to the heavy traffic, he came to the airport to pick up the keys. Can’t say thank you enough!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Had such a great stay at the villa. It’s 3 apartments in one villa which was perfect for us. Lots of space so noone on top of each other. The main kitchen was big enough to cook for all of us so we didnt use the others. The pool is stunning with beautiful surroundings and both shade and sun areas. There are also outdoor showers. All amenities including washing machine but there is no bbq so do not buy bbq coals on your way here as you won’t be able to use them! The cats were cute and there was also a tortoise around that we made friends with. I would 100% stay here again it was such a good vibe to the place and not cluttered just everything you need but nice and tidy and very clean. The hot water was a bit miss in the main apartment as solar powered so it was hotter in the afternoon than the morning but this was no problem for us. A gorgeous beach is a few mins drive (yes the hill really is too steep to walk) the BEST bakery and there are many good restaurants a short drive away

By far, this was the most pleasant experience my family has ever had at a vacation rental. As an airbnb host myself, I didn't realize how much a host can improve the quality of the trip! Not only was this home everything and more that you expect from the beautiful listing, but the host's whole family came together to create a memorable and once in a lifetime experience for my family. We were so touched by their friendliness, generosity, and hospitality. The home itself was much bigger than I expected, with 5 separate bedrooms with stunning water views. The town of Lavrio is just a 5 minute drive away and is the cutest town to buy fresh fruit and veggies, as well as fresh caught fish. We also had the best iced coffee from the different cafes in town. We stayed for 5 nights, and enjoyed just the right amount of touristy attractions and beach lounging. We are so thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here!

Rhodric’s apartment is a superb place for as longer stay in the Athens region. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants and beaches less than 10 minutes drive away, easy access to downtown Athens and to the south of the Attic Peninsula. The apartment is spacious, the garden- like backyard and the pool are nicely shielded from local winds - you feel like in a villa in the countryside even though you’re right in the middle of Athen’s Glyfada suburb with even a direct view onto the sea. A rental car is highly recommended; you can park it in a private and covered parking lot. The place easily accommodates four guests. Excellent communication and every wish fulfilled within minutes. Couldn’t have been any better!

It’s rare that you’d find a place as amazing as this. Antonis and his family were great throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, and the yard space is amazing. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend staying here, as I will be back one day to enjoy it again.

Absolutely beautiful home. Breathtaking. The pictures, although lovely, do not do this place justice, it is amazing. Don't think twice, just book it! So much space for my 2 boys to move around, and the pook and hot tub were great, along with the views! Cant say enough about this home, I look forward to returning. Host was super accomodating and gave great recommendations. 10/10

James ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Er weiß bestens Bescheid über Athen und seine Geschichte. Das Haus ist außen wie innen eine Augenweide und der kleine Garten mit Hinterhof Charakter gestaltet den Aufenthalt dort ausgesprochen angenehm. Von Kifisia gelangt man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in etwa einer halben Stunde ins Zentrum von Athen. Die Metro erreicht man zu Fuß und die Linie 1 geht direkt ins Zentrum. Wer eine Unterkunft etwas abseits des Getümmels sucht liegt hier richtig. Auch Kifisia selbst ist eine lebendige Neighborhood, in der man gut Frühstücken oder auch Essen gehen kann. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche!

Our family of 4 stayed in the space and loved it. Very walkable to everything - sites, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Very safe. The description is accurate, though the space is bigger than I was expecting. It is quiet, we slept great, it was clean…not much more we could ask for!

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison est très jolie, propre, simple, fonctionnelle et très sécurisée dans un quartier résidentiel calme (malgré la proximité des maisons ), avec un agréable petit jardin et arbres fruitiers, notamment les magnifiques figuiers . Dommage que nous n’avons pas pu profiter des figues et abricots en juin ! ( Il manque peut-être être des transats pour se prélasser ou pour un bain de soleil sur la belle terrasse.) Christina est très gentille et attentionnée , à l’ écoute avec de bons conseils tout en étant discrète mais toujours très disponible, faisant tout pour que notre séjour soit optimum. Nous nous sommes sentis effectivement comme à la maison. Merci beaucoup pour tout Christina , et peut-être à bientôt 😉😘 !

Just show know the house is ON the beach and amazing. The stairs going up are the most amazing marble stairs, oooo the suitcases!

A noi marito e moglie motociclisti serviva una base per andare a visitare Atene e la zona archeologica. Appartamento perfetto non mancava nulla, nei dintorni non ce molto da vedere.

Beautiful clean renovated place. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The place is spacious and can easily accommodate 8 persons. The beach is a five minute walk with some nice restaurants near by. Will definitely be back.

A fantastic experience right from the start when Michalis met us at the airport for an excellent value transfer to the property (probably half the price of a taxi and without the stress). The car easily fitted our plentiful luggage and he even brought a car seat for our baby. The house is beautiful and homely with great air conditioning and superb views from the lovely little balcony. Michalis left us home made biscuits from his mother, fresh fruit, ice cream, and had even blown up balloons for the little one! Really above and beyond. He had great restaurant recommendations and we got a take away to make the most of the views. Michalis got up very early to take us back to the airport after a comfortable sleep. We will definitely be back, hopefully for longer next time!

We had a wonderful 9 night stay at the villa and it worked fantastically well for us with a multi generational family. Konstantinos was so helpful prior to us arriving, sorting baby equipment etc, and even arranging for a paddling pool to be set up ready for our toddler's arrival. He met us in person and had many recommendations and was easy to contact throughout the visit - he was even able to get a family member to come and help us when we got locked out of the house by mistake late at night. We really enjoyed the area: we know Athens well but felt it would be too hot at this time of year with young children. The area was the perfect compromise as we could drive into Athens to see friends but the closest beach was just 5 mins away and there were many good restaurants to eat at. It was wonderful to sit in the garden with a breeze and look out at the sea and the outside space is well set up for meals outside. The house has been done beautifully and is comfortable. Thank you!
