Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Nea Plagia Beach

We arrived at Afytos at 11am and even tho the check in was at 3pm Dina and her daughter let us put our belongings in the room as it was ready already. We had a personal problem and Dina was so kind to help us out and I will always be grateful. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Afytos, just two streets away so it’s perfect and quiet during the night. We loved the flat, spotless clean and Dina was so welcoming we just felt at home, she offered us water and food that was so so good. I definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back again to Kostantina.

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

The house was just what you needed to be close to the sea and the village to be served. The house is beautiful, clean, has a nice yard, quiet and you don't think you're disturbing if you're a lot of people. The host at all in all we needed was willing to help.

It was a great break - great location...in the middle of it all and yet quiet. Beach in 2 min. reachable.. Fresh fruit, water in the fridge - homemade oregano, olive oil and ouzo to try was ready.

Kostas and his family were amazing hosts! The apartment was absolutely perfect! We stay in Airbnbs often, and this place was so clean and comfortable it deserves 5 Stars! They even helped with our laundry! The area is peaceful and quiet, beach is close by and the balcony is lovely.

The apartment had everything you need. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and even got 2 large bottles of water. The bed was very cozy and also the mooring in the living room to watch TV, we liked it

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. We had a very good time at Themis's house. The location is very peaceful. We were greeted by her parents who were very kind and caring. The house is spacious and the outdoor space is comfortable and very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The lady made us a great pita. Positive experience.

All in all, Vasilis' accommodation is a heavenly place. The apartment is in a quiet location, with direct beach access, loungers, deck chairs, SUPs. It has everything you need. The garden is fantastic and was a total adventure playground for our children. There are great taverns that can be reached by car in just a few minutes. In the evening, you can end the day wonderfully on the terrace/balcony and then fall asleep with the sound of the waves in your ears. Vasilis is a great host who provided us with tips before departure and also responded quickly to questions during the stay. Thanks Vasilis, we'll be back!

The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside, it was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

The apartment is in a great location in the west part of the city. Very clean, and it has all the amenities you may need. It comes with a parking spot for those who may rent a car. Highly recommended!

Perfect for friends and family

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

We easily found the location. Vasiliki was very helpful, as she prepared the house for us and we entered earlier than the agreed time because we arrived earlier. The house is very beautiful, comfortable and well-maintained. We stayed 8 days and felt at home. We will definitely prefer it again on our next visit to Thessaloniki! Thanks so much for everything!

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at this seaside house. The location is perfect, just steps from the water, and the view is stunning. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!
