Holiday rentals with a patio in Nea Smyrni

Excellent place in a good area in Athens ! The apartment is very clean, big and nicely designed. The area is very good with very easy access to the center, metro and many other points of interest. Right next to coffee and breakfast places (mpougatsa thessalonikis for proper pastry lovers). Amazing and very reaponsive hosts that also arrange airport transfers !

Our stay at Katherine’s play went great. The property is very aesthetic and clean. The location being the cherry on top. Loved every bit of our stay. Would highly recommend:) Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

Me and my Wife had a great stay here, everything was complete. there is even a 24 hour mart right infront the apartment and great food choices around the area. Walking around at night felt very safe too. Highly reccomend this place for those looking for a nice place to stay in Athens away from the busy city area. The host was also very helpful with our checkin as we arrived in the AM. Thank You

We loved our stay in Athens and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The apartment had everything we wanted—private parking, easy check-in with a friendly host who showed us around, and thoughtful amenities like a desk, external monitor, and fast wifi that made it easy to work when needed. The balconies were a real highlight, especially with the comfortable hammock, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location was ideal, just a short walk to both metro and tram stops, making it easy to get around and see all the major sites. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

Really wonderful house very clean and new and everything inside this home

Exactly like the pictures! Clean and very modern! Everything as it should have been. There’s a supermarket and pharmacy near by but other than that I wasn’t a fan of the neighbourhood. Also couldn’t find parking at all which was so stressful so something to think about if you have a car. But that has nothing to do with the apartment itself which was great!

Beautiful and spacious home. Great location. So much to love about this place. Georgios and Nikolia are wonderful and responsive hosts. Comfy mattresses and pillows. AC in every room. One amenity that really impressed us was the water cooler - this is not what we use to see in Airbnb's, it was really thoughtful and appreciated. It's been my second stay in this beautiful house, will definitely choose to stay here again for our next trips.

Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for whatever we needed with a good mood. All those who offered services at the accommodation were helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I will choose it again.

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Clara was friendly, with a beautiful home that was well stocked for everything we needed.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

Great place to stay out of the busyness of Athen Acropolis but so easy to get there using the metro. Nice to have extra space outside which was helpful to dry washing.

Great neighbourhood, easily accessible to and from city centre and beach with plenty of local amenities. Had a lovely stay !

Very nice apartment, the view is amazing, all of Athens in front of you with a view to the sea, it is worth it!

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

We stayed 3 nights in this Airbnb. First of all, we would like to thank Kostis for the clear explanation about the use of the Airbnb and the incredibly quick responses to our questions. The airbnb is clean, modern and cozy. So highly recommended. A plus is also that you can reach the Metxourghio metro station within a 5-minute walk and thus easily visit all the hotspots of Athens.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.

It is a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Among the Airbnbs I've used so far, this one has the highest satisfaction. There is a terrace and a veranda, so the ventilation is very good, the daylight is good, and the view of the Acropolis and the sunset are very beautiful. The house was so clean and tidy, and I felt how meticulously and carefully it was managed and prepared because it had everything I needed. There were local restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby, and it was a station area, so I was able to go sightseeing comfortably. The host is quick to respond, flexible, and generous, so I want to go back to Athens because of the accommodation. I'm coming to Athens again in a while, but I was so disappointed that I had to book another accommodation because it was already booked. Thank you to the hosts for making the best stay!!
