Perfect spot for peace, quiet and a family gathering. My son and I enjoyed our stay. Sydney responds to messages quickly. Everything was great!

If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city this is the place to do it! My Dad, my brother, and myself stayed here during the college World Series in Omaha which was only 40 minutes away! 10/10 would stay here again.

This is a nicely built out 20 foot shipping container with a stellar AC unit. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and functional. The pull out bed is actually comfy and clean. This is a great place to get a look at RV living, as it's an rv park with full timers. Was friendly and folks mind their own business. Not sure if there are walking trails, most the stuff along the river is no trespassing. Was a nice easy getaway place for a campfire. Brought my own small grill. Would go again. Good coffee machine and coffee. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and silverware. Microwave works good.

We had a quick stay when visiting the Arbor Day Farm and Treetop Adventure in Nebraska City. The room was accommodating and just what we needed for our visit!
