Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Apartment to feel good in the heart of the old town

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The quiet, 2-room flat in trendy Neuenheim is tucked away behind the main building and can be booked with one or two single beds (see pictures). The old town is a ten-minute stroll away, and it takes only three minutes to reach the next tram stop (10 min. to train station). Neuenheim itself has everything you need: outdoor cafés, bars, grocery stores, and a farmers’ market Wednesdays and Saturdays!

It’s an ideal spot for hikers, mountain bikers, and road cyclists, with excellent trails leading up to Königstuhl and fantastic road cycling routes in the surrounding area.

We ask that you observe the quiet hours from 10 pm.

I rent out my son's apartment, who now lives abroad. It is suitable for 1-2 people and is located in Handschuhheim, an idyllic district of Heidelberg. The apartment has two rooms, a living-bedroom (single bed and sofa bed) with a large workplace, a kitchen-living room, a shower room and a separate toilet. It is approx. 3 minutes to public transport and by tram you can reach the city center or the main train station in 10 minutes.

One-bedroom studio, queen size bed (160cm), small kitchen, flatscreen tv (no cable), dvd player. Neckar-view, main sights of Heidelberg in walking distance. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are close by. Check-in after 3 pm. Exceptions possible but please contact me beforehand. Key-Safe for Check-in (after 3 p.m.) Not suitable for kids. Sunny apartment in Schönau near Heidelberg

The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area with forest views, just 25 minutes (19 km) from Heidelberg. Due to the southwestern location, the apartment is very sunny. Schönau is an old monastery town with a monastery complex and chicken farm on the edge of the Odenwald. Hiking trails to the Neckar Valley and the Odenwald start not far from the apartment.
