The new wooden terrace with large seating area and a wonderful view offers pure relaxation. The holiday home offers generous space for 6 - 8 people with approx. 120 m².

After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. DenkMal Auszeit can accommodate 9 people, spread over two separate, fully equipped apartments. For the little ones, we are happy to provide a crib, highchair and changing mat.

The historic half-timbered house is nestled in an unusually well-preserved medieval town with intact city walls, a castle ruin, from whose battlements you can see far into the country and an adventurous castle tunnel that leads to the foot of the fountain, on a cone-shaped mountain, which is surrounded by the Neckar on three sides. Time seems to stand still and you can find peace. Inside, however, the house is in a state that does not lack modern comfort.

The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl on the Untermain. Odenwald and Spessart meet here on the Main and allow relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town. A beautiful garden with three terraces, barbecue, fire bowl and sandpit are available to the large and small guests for relaxation. The house has up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room and a full kitchen, depending on the occupancy.

There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
