Holiday rentals with breakfast in Necker, Paris

We are a group that loves to travel and dress in costumes related to the places we visit. Valerie's place was fantastic and proved a great location for our adventure. The space was well maintained and very comfortable.

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

quiet accommodation in a small cul-de-sac. as advertised. good value for the money. Fernando is very responsive and was able to inform us about our needs and distances (because we did not know the area and we had a wedding in Reuil). A little tight for six people on a long stay but for two nights for us it was perfect.

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is decorated with great taste but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and gives off an atmosphere of tranquility. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angelique is very welcoming and friendly.

Nothing to complain about

Worth your money. Metro is only about a 10 min walk then a 20 min ride to the city. Lots of little shops and bakery’s around.

Fantastic stay! The host was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and offered a wonderful apartment. The location is perfect, with everything in Montmartre just a short walk away.

Clement and Rebecca’s flat was perfect for our stay in Paris! A beautiful space, in a great location, tastefully decorated, and stocked with essentials. We were in Paris for a heat spike and the apartment stayed cool and there was a fan in the bedroom which was very helpful to have at night. Clement was quick to respond with helpful answers and check in/out is very easy. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Clement and Rebecca for having us in your wonderful home!

Victoria’s apartment was perfectly situated to explore Paris and the surrounding areas. The metro was very close as were supermarkets and a lovely Boulangerie/patisserie where we breakfasted every day. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed and we felt relaxed and comfortable after our days out. Vincennes itself was very interesting with both the original Royal palace and the floral garden.

Our stay went perfectly well at Cherine's. The location is perfect, at the foot of the Pasteur metro, quiet although central, in a pretty typical Parisian residence. The apartment is as described in every way. Communication with Cherine is great. A big thank you.

Great apartement - lots of design furniture, great analogue music installation & great view from the balcony. Exciting during the day, quiet at night. Jean is a great host.

The flat was exactly as described. This was our first experience using AirBnB in Europe so there was some learning experiences such as no fans or air conditioning- which is fine but good to know for Summer. The area was nice but we wish we had more food/grocery options that were open later. The only thing that popped up was AirBnB had this rental listed as checkout for 12pm which according to the host it should be 11am. We did not figure this out until we were checking out and it made things stressful on our last day. The host was kind but also trying to push us out as she actually lives in this space when its not rented. We showed her the listing so hopefully this detail is sorted out for others in the future.

Nice apartment with sweet little balcony in a very quaint and quiet area, very well connected to rest of Paris. It has everything you need. The hosts are very kind and responsive.

Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

Indulge in the green and the garden, so well cared by Veronique and her family. 1 km away from Bièvres time slows down and you can find your accommodation in a fairy corner of this region. Excellent also for a pit stop before/after Versailles and Giverny

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

We loved our stay at Laurence's home. The location is fantastic, a short walk to pedestrian zones with restaurants and shops, the River Seine near Notre Dame cathedral and other sites; and Metro and bus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the Saint Jacques tower and park. The space is a little unusual with the bedroom, toilet, and sink/shower all in different rooms off the shared hallway, but Laurence respected our privacy and we felt very comfortable with the set-up. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Laurence: thank you for being such a friendly and accommodating host - we really enjoyed chatting with you.

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

It was a great stay with Dominika and Eryk. Very warm and cordial welcome and treatment throughout the stay. We really felt like members of this very nice French family. Dominika and Eryk are very special people ready to help. Thanks to this, our trip to Paris was very successful. The location of the villa is very good, close to several means of transport. Delicious breakfasts. We recommend this place to all who want to visit Paris and live with a couple of exceptional people.

We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in Paris. Both hosts are very helpful and keen to recommend things to see and do, places to eat and to give advice on getting around their beautiful city, of which they are rightly proud. We can't recommend a stay with them highly enough if you want to feel "at home" in Paris. We wouldn't hesitate to return in future as there is so much to explore and enjoy from such a great location with such friendly hosts.
