Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nečujam

Davorka was an excellent host and responded very quickly and efficiently to us. She spent time with us explaining local transport and shared great advice on what to do and see. The place was spotless and well resourced. We loved the balcony with nice furniture outside and in. The washing machine was a good bonus. We arrived to delocious goodies and drinks in the fridge. Beds were comfortable and shower was fantastic. Parking was good and the view over the bay to the front and hills at the back was a bonus. We would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Branka’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless, and felt so welcoming. The garden was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings, and everything was exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better — tucked away just enough from the main streets to be peaceful, but only a few minutes’ walk to the centre, restaurants, and the waterfront. Check-in was really easy and flexible, and Branka was kind, responsive, and so accommodating. We’re very grateful for her help and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Split!

The host was very nice, responsive, and hospitable. The accommodation was also suitable for small children. There were even toys, which our two-year-olds really enjoyed. The nearby train did not cause any disturbance. We were glad that it was possible to arrive at the home earlier.

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. The house was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with stunning views and the most incredible patio space by the pool. Mariana was so responsive and kind with very helpful local recommendations. Can’t recommend staying at this home enough!

Niksa is really a great host. He described everything very clearly. He is very helpful. The apartment is also pretty good and close to many beaches and restaurants. The location is pretty close to Trogir and Split. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Fantastic nice place, absolutely lived up to expectations. Beautiful view! All we needed in terms of facilities. Very practical with three bedrooms + three bathrooms. A little annoying with barking from dogs in the distant neighborhood, but nothing that spoiled the good overall impression. We will gladly come back and can safely recommend the place to others. Perfect for a family of 5-6 people.

Vlado’s place was excellent! Had everything you could need and well situated. It’s an easy 20 min walk from the ferry and 5 mins away from a lovely beach with the clearest water. The local supermarket and restaurants are also short walks away and it is nice and quiet. A great place to stay ❤️

Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend to stay here! Iris was flexible with check-in, there were some suggestions with local restaurants which were quite helpful. We loved our stay here.

Just a wonderful apartment, perfect distance from the lovely town of Jelsa, nice and quiet and with immediate access to the water. Bojana is a wonderful host, incredibly generous and kind, she quickly felt more like a friend than just a host. We would love to come back. Lovely spacious apartment about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes to a pebbly beach, which was not at all crowded at the end of May. Stari Grad is a great town with some really good restaurants. Everything was good in the apartment and has a balcony to wind down on in the evenings. The view from there is lovely, with a little bit of sea in view along with the hills and plain. The crockery situation has been sorted and the flat is now well equiped with plates, bowls and cutlery. A couple of cooking equipment additions would make it perfect. It's a perfect base to explore the north of the island and, if you want to avoid the hustle of Hvar Town, this is the place. We were really appreciative of the late check out as it enabled us to get one more swim at the beach in. We would thoroughly recommend this appartment.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment 2 mins walk to the most beautiful beach & same to the harbour ... A lovely apartment spacious for 2 with all u need and a comfortable bed ..There is a hotel built in front but still has a seaview with a beautiful sunset every evening. When we got off the ferry there was no taxi and a long wait for the bus without even asking Vinko offered to pick us up. We had a late flight so he allowed us to change in his home and store our luggage so we could spend the last day enjoying Postira ..On request he organised a taxi at a good price to take us back to the ferry . We will definitely be back Vinko u are a gentleman:))

The villa was on an amazing location with beautiful nature nearby. The villa stands on a steep hill but it is definitly worth it. The host was really nice and helped on multiple occasions when we needed help. The villa itself is very spacious and very nice to stay in. Overall we were totally satisfied with this amazing stay :)

I think Villa Lemo might be the nicest AirBnB we've stayed at. It was lovely and spacious for a family of 4, immaculately clean, and the outdoor space and pool were great. the neighbourhood is very peaceful, but only 10 mins walk to the harbour and old town. We're used to arriving at AirBnBs and having to go out almost immediately to buy toilet rolls, coffee etc - Sandra's place had everything we needed, including toiletries and beach towels, for our entire stay. Sandra and Tony were great hosts - they answered any questions really quickly, and otherwise we barely knew they were there, even though they live next door. Will definitely return if we ever find ourselves in Bol again!

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

Even though the way to the accommodation was a bit adventurous, it was worth it for the view and the tranquility. We made nice memories in the accommodation and would recommend it to anyone.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Silvija gave us recommendations at the start of our stay and they did not disappoint. Great location with cheap ubers to the city centre.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!
