Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Negros Occidental

We stayed at Zenith’s for over two weeks, and all I can say is that it was one of the most stress-free airbnb space I have ever been! It had everything you could possibly need. The washing machine broke down before we came in and Zenith basically told us that she will have our clothes washed for us. Jhonabel was also very accommodating and very easy to ask questions to. The place itself was very well located with a lot of great restaurants basically walkable from the area. No complaints, highly recommended place!

It was the perfect place to stay during our trip to Bacolod! Spacious and clean with an extremely responsive host. My father said that it was better than a hotel.

Really affordable and the place was so clean. Host was super friendly, they even adjusted to tone themselves down, because I was working every night. I had so much inquiries and even bothered them to look for frozen stuff and asked if may available sila na water gallon. But they did it and answered me, amazingly. though, I would recommend to have a dish scrub or sponge. (Nahirapan ako mag hugas hehe) but overall, if you're looking somewhere na peaceful and malayo sa city, it's the place to-go. Plus, nalaman ko na may small 7/11 pala sa street—and pauwi nako nun. huhu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very clean and nice place to stay with your family and friends. If you are from outside Iloilo, much better to rent a car to save money.

The place was a quiet and safe neighborhood that you can do walking at night, amenities were excellent with great wifi, water heater and AC. Close to a big grocery store. A few miles would be the highway, some great restaurants and fast food. The circumferential road was JJ key for us to travel all the cities. The home was clean and ready for our stay. Great work and hospitality! Thank you so much!

The place truly feels like home! It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into keeping it clean and welcoming. Highly recommended!

My family and I loved our stay at this residence. It is conveniently located on a main road leading to the town of Isabela, but at a perfect walking distance from the town itself (5 mins. or so), affording us privacy to enjoy the home and backyard without curious eyes trying to peek in. We felt very safe in this home. My wife is from Isabela, and this home was the perfect match for us. She hadn't been back home in over 5.5 years, and our only purpose was to stay local so that my in-laws and wife's extended family could finally meet our children. This was definitely small town living at its best, without lacking any of life's comforts. Thank you Renie for having us over. Also, a special thanks to the two local ladies who made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely be staying at this residence again on our next trip to Isabela!

Really enjoyed our stay at Rene’s airbnb! Prime location, near most of the places we wanted to visit. Rene is also a very accommodating and helpful host, going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The unit is also complete with towels, fresh water, and even slippers. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Recommending this listing and host, 10/10!!

The place was very cozy and clean, we didn't had a hard time communicating with the host cause they were so responsive. It was a perfect staycation for the holy week! We will definitely come back ;)

The bed was really comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like extra towels, and toiletries. The place had a nice, relaxed vibe that made it easy to feel at home. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly. Honestly, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing staycation. Would definitely love to come back again!

The apartment is located in a brand new tower. It was well equipped very clean and new. A feature for families was that the apartment was designed with some accompanying children in mind. It had desk areas extra stools and even a selection of colouring pens, extra extension Leads and so on. Washing machine in the bathroom. There was a nice communal pool. There’s was also a small but useful gym Room. I did find the facility short on space for clothes.. so I repurposed a couple of the kitchen shelves.

Planned a last-minute getaway for me and my fiancée to escape the chaos of the city. The host was incredibly accommodating and made our trip happen on short notice. Everything was absolutely worth it—the 3-hour drive, the stunning views, and the privacy. It was a great stay, and we definitely plan on returning.

The place is in pristine condition and feels homey. The towels and linens also smell good. The location is perfect since its near Festive Walk, K-town, and many restaurants. I'd definitely book this place again once I return to Iloilo.

great stay, highly recommend! right at the heart of the city. there are fastfood chains nearby if you want a quick bite or some coffee, but local options are walkable too. view was beautiful. wifi was fast, i was able to work during my stay without issue. felt comfortable during our whole stay. cold ac and clean linens which i wish were a little thicker because the ac was very cold. only comment would be i wish more toilet paper and trash bags were provided, but other than that it was an excellent stay. host was very quick to respond as well.

Small but super cozy! The apartment gets great natural light and is an easy walk to lots of restaurants and a mall. The host was really responsive and made everything simple and smooth. While the entrance might raise an eyebrow (hello, 24-hour “spa”), the apartment itself is a bright, comfy spot in a great location.

Loved this place so much! Tho we had a problem first with the rice cooker since it was in Korean, but thanks to YT we were able to use it! Hehe. The place was really nice. Amenities are complete. Host was responsive. The view was amazing. And of course, great location!

Had a wonderful stay at this unit. Clean room, bathroom and clean sheets. Had problem with WiFi but it was resolved right away. Host is responsive with messages sent. The only thing that is very noticeable, the smoke alarms in nearby units keeps going off when someone is cooking inside their units. This made us not cook inside the unit to avoid setting off the smoke alarms. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.
