Very nice house and great location! We felt very comfortable - especially the beautiful sauna and the home cinema (huge screen, great seats and sound system!) appealed to us. Wonderful small apartment with an excellent host. Located in the center of Miltenberg’s old town, the unit was cozy and comfortable, well appointed and well-stocked. It made for a nice base from which to explore. It was a nice size, in a peaceful location, and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to see. For the purpose of our trip it was ideal, with many little touches to make it special. Ulla was a wonderful host, and I cannot commend her enough. I had a problem with a misplaced bag which contained my medications. Ulla helped with the return of the bag and ensuring I had an emergency supply of medication. Throughout this she was attentive and supportive and did much to keep me calm and grounded. Our trip was memorable for bad reasons, and Ulla helped us and kept us focused on the positives. Thanks to her we had a wonderful time. This is a wonderful place to stay, and Miltenberg is a great place to visit, with tangible history and beautiful surroundings.

We felt very comfortable in the "villa". It's not super easy to find and the description should be optimized a little. The villagers: But inside, they already know and Maxi also welcomed us super nicely. We would have had an infinite amount of conversation with permaculture and self-sufficient living! The cottage is quaint and cozy, well equipped and the view of the beautiful Jagst Valley is simply fantastic. A highlight is definitely the pizza oven, as well as the swimming spot about a 20-minute walk on the Jagst, which we both used and enjoyed despite (or because of) autumnal temperatures. The accommodation was just like in the photos: modern, clean and furnished with great attention to detail. We were there for a few workshop days for work and felt completely comfortable. The quiet surroundings and stylish ambiance created an inspiring atmosphere in which creative work was wonderfully possible. Saartje is a great hostess. Very warm, quick to reach and always helpful. All our questions were answered immediately, and a later check-out was also completely uncomplicated after prior arrangement. We were 100% satisfied and can recommend the accommodation without reservation, both for professional stays and for private breaks.

A very quiet and quiet place. A little chilly, but the fireplace and electric heaters make it up. Especially recommended if you want some peace and quiet.

The neighbor even gave us a small tour of the house and described how the coffee, child amenities, and Wii worked. One outstanding overnight. Perfect sized place and really quiet. Thanks again!

A wonderful place to stay, Highly recommend. The owner is immediately available if we needed anything.

We had a great weekend with 15 people. Juices, coffee and water were all included in the price. The bun service also worked great, when we got up in the morning, there were already fresh rolls and croissants in the kitchen. Also a wine tasting is highly recommended. Value for money absolutely great!
