A small and simple space, exactly what I needed. Disclosure is I live very nearby and was staying as my home was under renovation. Access to groceries and convenience across the street, short walk to the bulk of the restaurants and services in town, Starbucks across the street. Great spot, though quite small if you plan to spend much time in the room aside from sleeping, showering etc.

It takes 20 min walking to the downtown and it is just perfect! the house is ina very quiet place and the smell of the nature sorrounding the area couldn't be any better. The place itself is perfect for someone having meals at the town, due the house has not a complete kitchen. perfect for breakfast and light meals though.

Sarah was a very friendly and responsive host. Her description states that there is noise transfer from her family upstairs and that’s reflected in the price. This is accurate. I was in Nelson to explore the area and the children were in bed early so it didn’t bother me at all. The place was cute and very clean. Bed linens were super soft and comfortable. Would recommend.
