My sister and I loved the place.Beautiful and peaceful,loved the pool was never too busy to swim.The bed and the pull out bed was so comfortable.I love Jacksonville and this place was amazing!!!

I absolutely loved Ciara’s home I wish I could take this Airbnb everywhere I went!!!! I’ll always book her home if it’s available when I return to Jacksonville. It was perfect it reminded me of home ! Very clean ! Very cozy ! Ciara made sure there were plenty of clean towels and linen and I was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked ! What a wonderful stay !!!! On a scale of 1-10 I’d rate Ciara’s place a perfect 20 . It’s a must !!!!

We loved our stay! The apartment was exactly as pictured—clean, stylish, and had a great vibe. My teens especially enjoyed the pool and playing cornhole every night, which became a fun part of our routine. The location was super convenient with easy access to the main highways. We were only 7 minutes from our baseball tournament and about 15 minutes from the beach, which made everything really easy. If we’re ever in the area again, we would 100% stay here again! Jessica and Jordan were amazing hosts—clear instructions, quick responses, and very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for making our trip so smooth and enjoyable!

The attention to detail was amazing: fresh towels, local snacks, and even a handwritten welcome note! One of the highlights was the outdoor space. Whether we were sipping morning coffee on the balcony or unwinding under the stars at night, it was peaceful and private — a true escape. The location was perfect, too. Tucked away enough to feel tranquil, but still close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. We genuinely didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning our return. If you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish, and relaxing place to stay, look no further. This place is a gem!

I loved staying here, nice and very clean, beach access was literally around the corner, just be mindful of the streets surrounding the place, a lot of construction work was going on due to the bad roads, but otherwise 10/10 experience recommend to anyone visiting Jacksonville beach.

We loved our stay here! It was even better in person than in the pictures. Comfortable space, beautiful view, and so close to the beach. Great communication as well. We will definitely be back!

From the moment I walked in the door until I turned in the key this was a 5 star experience. Our host was responsive and not only that but she was proactive which really made our stay stress free. This place was packed with all the amenities that we could need including access to the pool, tennis courts and a 24hr gym. The location a win if you want to stay in and if you want to go out youre close to the Town Center and not too far from the beach or downtown. I particularly enjoyed the design of the layout. The space is cozy and comfortable for 2 or 3 people and the ONLY thing I didn't like is that we didn't stay longer. Top tier experience

The Carriage house was very clean and comfortable, and Brandon was quick to respond and accommodate our needs. The location was perfect - safe, walkable, and close to amenities. We will definitely utilize it again when we are back in the Jacksonville area.

It was exactly what you see in the pictures! The place was very clean and smelled great. The coffee, popcorn and waters was a very thoughtful gesture. We enjoyed the privacy of the back yard with our dog. The walk to the beach was short and flat. The beach was very clean and wide so there was a lot of space to relax (best of all it was not crowded). There was a lot of restraunts nearby to choose from as well! :))

The location is perfect! Just a quick walk to the beach. We only got to stay one night but we are so thankful Lucy was glad to let us stay for just the night. The place was clean. Kitchen was beautiful. It does smell like an old house when you walk in But once you turn the air on it goes away. The only things that were not ideal was The bed in the front room is really hard and the tv in the living has no sound. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Toya's suite was defiantly was top tier one of kind i loved how responsive you were during our stay. I love how she was so accommodating the first day of us checking in. Also, the pictures do not lie. The amount of shows i was able to watch and unwind with a nice cup of tea was amazing. Super quiet neighborhood, she also had some unique board games which I also loved. Of course i was busy throughout our stay and was barley home during the demander of our stay but the time I was in there it felt like home. Also her cleaning lady was so nice and sweet to me when she dropped of something before i left the suite defiantly 10/10 for me and will be coming back hopefully soon.

Ms Edna was terrific! We loved her place and how close it was to the ocean. We will definitely be back! Ms Edna made a great vacation even better.

It’s a good location for me. Overall the apartment was very good. I may want to stay there in the future when I have more medical appointments. Joan was very nice.

Absolute phenomenal location! Parking was extremely easy and provided lots of space. There were some intermittent Wi-Fi issues. Joy was extremely responsive and able to take care of them in a relatively timely manner.

Carla is a truly exceptional host (and person). She was so responsive, accommodating and helpful. We so enjoyed getting to know her during our stay! She was not at all intrusive but if and when we needed or wanted to communicate with her she was available to us. The property was perfectly suited to what we needed. The unit is clean and comfortable and sleeps up to 4 people. The back yard was a huge bonus; hot tub, ample seating and beautiful scenery. The unit had all the amenities advertised and the check in/check out process was very easy and Carla was very accommodating as we arrived before our scheduled check in and after our scheduled check out. Located just blocks from the beach and convenient to anything you want to see in Jacksonville. We will absolutely be returning to this property and we can’t wait to try the Day Spa next door! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Lola was a wonderful host! The place was super clean and well decorated. It felt very comfy and like a home away from home! Lola makes sure you have everything you need. We had one issue during our stay and it was fixed by the next day! Would highly recommend staying with Lola!

I have stayed at Andrews properties several times. They are right near all the attractions in san marco, and well within budget.

In town for work and the place fit our needs. Joe was an excellent host. Would stay again when in the area.

we enjoyed our stay, this place is beautiful, they take good care of it and I really loved the plants they have everywhere. Eric and his team were very responsive. they usually responded in a few minutes

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

Place was exactly as advertised. Host was helpful and responsive . The water cooler was a great touch ! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling and needing a nice home like place to stay in Jacksonville !
