Beach apartment holiday rentals in Neptune Beach

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Location is beautiful with a private walk out to the beach. The outside patio was quiet and peaceful, and the accomodations were perfect for a couples get away. Easy walk to tons of restraunts and shops, whether you prefer to walk down the beach or along the main drag. Communication with the host was quick and easy, really have nothing but good things to say about the location and it's owner!

We love this building, its view, the amenities and this condo. Spacious and clean. Super happy with the cable package for watching sports. Beach towels and wagon were super helpful.

My husband and I my daughter and 7 year old grandson truly enjoyed our stay . From the cleanliness of the Airbnb to the beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony or just steps away to the ocean or pool . Enjoyed the beautiful sunrises along with seeing dolphins every day of our stay. The beach was very clean and also we were lucky enough to see a turtle nest (roped off) to protect the eggs . William was a wonderful host -Looking forward to returning .

Our hosts were lovely and response to all our requests. The bedding was comfy and the mattress wonderful. We did have a problem with the key pad not working for a few days, however, we did receive quick attention by the owners giving us a key for entry. Also, the owners supplied the condo with many supplies that otherwise we would have to purchase. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this unit for rental.

Great stay at this AirBnb directly on the beach! The location was awesome, steps to the gorgeous beach, and a short walk to restaurants and the pier. Beds were comfy, furniture was beautiful and clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beach umbrella and chairs could be updated as they were broken but just a minor thing. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to return!

We had an amazing stay at Lamont’s! The place was spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority, which made settling in super comfortable. One of the best features was the incredibly easy beach access; just a short walk and you’re right on the sand. Lamont was also very responsive—any questions we had were answered almost immediately.

Our family vacation went absolutely wonderful with lots of memories thanks to Hillary’s wonderful condo! She has made remarkable efforts to make this beach condo a home away from home that has everything anyone could need. The beach is so walkable and she has so many beach essentials available for use. The restaurants/ice cream shops/activities are so close by. We enjoyed every minute of everyday and will definitely plan to return!

We had stayed in this condo years ago and was very impressed with how well they are maintained! Great view of ocean to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We would stay there again.

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

Scott’s place was very clean and homey like also for older folks like my husband and I there is a elevator which made it very convenient . Scott was very friendly and communicated with us right away the view was gorgeous and well worth the price we paid which by the way was the most reasonable in the area especially for beachfront hotels and accommodation for 6 people . My daughter and her family stayed with us and was very impressed with the hotels cleanliness location and essentials that Scott provided. thank you very much ! we hope to stay there again soon we all enjoyed our stay 😃

Daniel was more than accommodating to our needs and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location was absolutely lovely—peaceful, convenient, and exactly what we were looking for. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and how smoothly everything went.

This condo is perfected located on the beautiful Sawgrass property and we enjoyed a both a round of golf and lunch at the TPC. We came to Ponte Verde for access to Mayo Clinic and this location was fantastic for that purpose yet gave our family a beautiful vacation feel in a lovely new condominium. The pictures do not do the property justice and Rita was very easy to access and made our stay pleasant from start to finish. I’d highly recommend!

I booked these accommodations for my manager and another work colleague so that they could attend a PGA Event at TPC Sawgrass and the process could not have been more seamless and smooth. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. Though I did not travel to the accommodations myself, I was told that space matched the description and photos, was clean and tidy, and was totally ready to go upon arrival. When not attending business events, my manager found the space perfect for taking virtual meetings and working remotely. I was also told that the cheese plate that was waiting upon arrival was very much appreciated as well. I happily recommend these accommodations to anyone else visiting the area.

Kayla’s place was awesome! The view of the beach from the balcony and master bedroom was amazing especially for watching the sunset. The place was clean and cozy with a very peaceful vibe. The location was quiet and private which was a plus. Great stay for sure!

Fabulous house, very comfortable with a beautiful setting on a lake filled with turtles and birds. Lovely grounds in the community for quiet walks. Diane is very responsive, but doesn't bother you at all. We stayed for three weeks and I hated to leave. I plan to rent from her in the future. Close to a number of nice restaurants.

I enjoyed everything about my stay at this condo! Kel was wonderful and always available for any questions I had, which wasn’t much because they provided great instructions on everything ! Being so close to the beach was wonderful! The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular! Everything you needed was there for fun at the beach or pool! I spent three nights and it was just what I needed! Having coffee in bed watching the sunrise and listening to the waves was such a great day to start the day! The condo was exceptionally clean , beds were super comfortable! Great location for walking to restaurants or a tiki bar on the beach! I spent a lot of my time on the property! This place is well worth the money ! I live in St. Augustine so I just needed a little getaway and some down time! I couldn’t have picked a better place!! It will definitely be my to go to in the future! Number 305 .
