Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Small duplex in the city center

Nogent sur Seine est une ville dans l’Aube (10), située à 20kms de Provins et 100kms de Paris. Ce petit duplex chaleureux et douillet est situé au 1er étage près de l’église à Nogent sur Seine. Refait à neuf, il lui reste un stigmate de son ancienne vie, les escaliers sont très étroits et raides, et les marches sont courtes. Il a malgré tout été rénové par Maytop (concours Lépine), qui l’a sécurisé grâce à des nez de marches anti-dérapants. Toutefois, je le déconseille aux enfants.

The location between the upper town with its UNESCO World Heritage monuments and the lower town with its small shops is ideal. Walks, medieval shows, cultural and taste discoveries await! Around Provins: Paris 90 km away, Disney 50 minutes away and Troyes 1 hour away.

The Little Redwood House

Small detached house with garden and fireplace, located in the countryside on the edge of the forest in a small, very quiet hamlet with little traffic. Forest walks accessible directly from the house, without the need to take the car. Bikes are available on request free of charge on request in advance. Possibility of having a rustic breakfast as an extra, to be specified at the time of booking.

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
