You can drive to within approximately 70–80 meters of the location. The nearest station is Lake Como. Within a 15-minute walk, negotiating a small climb, you'll be at the house. From the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and lake.

It's a medieval house in Coatesa, a hamlet of Nesso, two minutes walking from the famous Ponte della Civera (Civera Bridge), the one that Alfred Hitchcock choose as his set for his first film "The Pleasure Garden" in 1925.
