The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

In our cozy and light-flooded apartment (approx. 76 m²) you can relax and feel comfortable. A stone's throw away are the fish ponds, which invite you to jog, walk and climb. The famous castle park can also be reached in about 15 minutes. Downtown is 10 minutes by car or about 40 minutes on foot. The well-equipped place is good for business travelers, couples and solo travelers. The supermarket "Kaufland" is a 5-minute walk from the house

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Peace and recreation in the rural ambience and Tyni House. Yours is a small but charming room in the trailer. Nestled in the natural reserve, 10 min car distance to Paderborn. Enjoy the large green garden or make excursions to the surrounding lakes. We live with our family outside of PB in a beautiful landscape where you can go jogging, hiking or cycling. We live and love organic, therefore your breakfast is of course also organic!

Herbal area to take walks in the surroundings. Here you can unwind, sit by the campfire and watch the stars, or sit by the oven and enjoy the panoramic view. Just switch off from the Altag or just enjoy the view of the wonderful nature.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.
