Large spacious and pampering house. 4 bedrooms, two showers and a toilet, a large covered and air-conditioned column floor with lots of games including a ping pong table, and a professional snooker table. Large backyard with a pool, basketball and soccer court, and a professional trampoline. 7 minutes walk to the nearby beach. There is a beautiful promenade, a stretch of beaches and a beautiful reserve. The property has a separate guest house with a separate entrance and a shared access path, where a young couple lives. The yard of the property is private and there is no overlap except for the driveway. There are two cats in the yard (that don't come into the house). You can feed or put away as you desire.

Lovely ground house, with a pleasant and calm atmosphere. Right next to a stunning nature reserve teeming with flowers. The house has a courtyard equipped with seating areas, hammocks and swings. Ping pong table in the yard. In the summer months there is a pool(make sure the pool is operational. July August is mostly active) Hot yard shower after the pool ( s) 4 bedrooms , dimension, 2 rooms with double bed. 2 rooms with a bed and a half. Fully equipped and spacious kitchen. Upstairs balcony. Walking distance from the sea(15 minutes). In a quiet and charming neighborhood. Close to many places of entertainment - Caesarea, Pardes Hanna Zichron, etc. There are two sweet and gentle cats in the house...

Hi everyone. 😊 This is Nicole and Chen. We invite you to stay in our home where we live with a little baby and two sweet little dogs. When we receive an offer, we vacate the house for your stay. Our home has a variety of treats like a large Intex pool and a luxurious movie room. For those who like cooking, there is a kitchen with a large island and lots of work space. Within walking distance of the house there is a synagogue, a coffee cart in a nursery, a supermarket, and a large mall. It is important for us to emphasize that this is our home and not a hotel, so it is important for us that whoever is staying will take care of our home as if it were their own 🙏🏼
