Located in the Courtyard at Skipbridge Farm , No 3 the Stables is a one bedroomed cottage with a spacious lounge and original wooden beams . The cottage has a flat screen TV and DVD player and has a modern kitchen and bathroom with shower .All the rooms are on one level .There is ample parking in the courtyard for guests. The cottage has Wifi and a wood burning stove. We are approx 20 minutes from the centre of York, and a short drive away we have lovely local pubs that serve great food .

58 Marygate, York (white cottage left in the picture) is a 300 year old cottage and has been completely renovated to a very high standard, whilst retaining its original period features and charm. We have crisp cotton bed linen, fluffy towels, top appliances and a welcome hamper etc. It has a superb view at the front of the house over the entrance to the Museum Gardens and St Olaves Church. Marygate is a fascinating street in a central York location, it's not too busy so is quiet at night.

Off the main street in the small historic village of Linton-on-Ouse which lies close to the national trust property of Beningborugh Hall and within 30 mins drive of York, Harrogate, Knaresborough and Ripon. The area provides open countryside which is popular with cyclists and walkers. “Fig Tree Cottage” is a recently completed conversion project finished to a high modern standard providing quality accommodation. There are a couple of pubs and the Lock House Pub serves food and takeaways.
