Surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighbouring Leuth make Nettetal a state-recognized resort. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The 1st floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen/living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are just as welcome guests as your pet. Bright apartment with views of the countryside

The rooms( 38 m2) are on the 2nd floor of the house.The apartment is not self-contained.It consists of a large living room/bedroom, kitchen,storage room and bathroom.Everything is available for self-catering.Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases more than 2 persons possible at extra cost. Bookings can only be verified with ID.

Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all equipment. Also a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a good wifi connection.

Cozy, modern furnished apartment with private bathroom, kitchen (no oven available!!!) and conservatory. Coffee maker and all household appliances are provided. Washer and dryer for shared use. The apartment is on the second floor of a renovated and listed old building. The house has a total of three floors, the upper two floors are used privately.
