If you walk left out of the park and walk for a while you’ll end up at Ryde with a large expanse if sandy beach, eateries and activities.

Gull House is situated 5 minutes walk away from the sandy beach at Seagrove Bay & 15 minutes walk to the sailing village of Seaview. The secluded Priory Bay beach and woodland is just also nearby. Gull House is newly renovated to a high standard & is laid out over three floors. Four double bedrooms and bathrooms as well as two TV rooms make this house perfect for two families sharing. The Annexe has been recently renovated and is superbly presented with comfortable accommodation for two people.

It has its own private west facing garden and a large covered veranda that allows for outside contemplation even if it’s raining. Seaview’s village shops, local beaches and coastal walks are all close by. We provide a first morning ‘breakfast’ starter pack. Modern heating in all rooms also makes this a nice snug and an ideal choice for winter breaks.
