We had a wonderful stay over New Year’s Eve at this charming villa in Anzio. It’s truly a special place, full of character, and feels authentic in every way—nothing pretentious, just genuine Italian charm. The villa offers breathtaking views, and having access to such a large private garden was a real treat, even during the winter. The hosts were incredibly supportive and welcoming, though they just begin they journey with renting this villa. There was an additional local tax to be paid, but this didn’t detract from the overall experience. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and scenic getaway in Italy!

Accommodation matches the photos and even more. It has everything you need for a pleasant family vacation. The area is quiet and residential, however it is necessary to take the car to access the beautiful beaches and activities. The exchanges with Filomena were perfect as well as the hosting and on-site availability of Cinzia. Very pleasantly surprised to find fresh water, tomatoes, basil, fruit in the fridge as well as enough to cook pasta in tomato sauce when we arrived!!!! Thanks again to Cinzia. Isabelle and David

Elena's house is in a strategic position, very close to the sea. It fully met our expectations and was comfortable to reach and visit the city, but wanted to stay in a quiet place. Thank you Elena for your hospitality and availability.

Super nice hosts, they were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. The hose is big, lost of space and nice interiors. The garden is beautiful. The beach is near by, approximately 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. Definitely would recommend to stay here!

Love staying at Francesca’s place. We are repeat visitors and it’s always as described. She also maintains the place nicely - on this latest trip we noticed multiple pieces of upgraded furniture and cute flowers in previously-empty planters. We’ll be back again in the future!

Beautiful villa and cared for in every detail. The property offers all the comforts to spend days of true relaxation in contact with nature. Mimmo, the host, is an exceptional person, very nice and always ready to solve small problems. I really recommend everyone to spend a few days in this lazio paradise!

Great week at this wonderful villa! We were 13 people that lived here. Great kitchen to cook and the pool was the gem. Cozy town nearby.

We had the best time at Giorgia’s place. Marcel was extremely helpful when giving recommendations and helping us check-in. Giorgia was able to put us in contact with a company to book taxis to the airport which was great. Easy to get to the place from the airport and to Rome for the day. The villa was beautiful and felt very private. The only thing I’d mention is one of the double bedrooms is linked to the sofa bed living room so you need to walk through the sofa bed room when leaving so could be good to have some sort of screen or divider so the people with the sofa bed feel a bit more private. But very minor thing - absolutely loved our experience!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 13, made up of 4 generations. Not only are the properties beautiful, thoughtfully decorated with authentic furniture and art, the grounds are gorgeous so you’re always looking at flowers, trees and greenery along with an epic view from the balcony. The big pool area was a real highlight. If you like being in a place with real character where you intend to make the most of being home this is ideal. The hosts and on-site caretaker (Luciano and family) could not have been more helpful going out of their way to ensure we had everything at all times, even taking us to the train station to get our early flights. This was the home away from home we needed and we think it will be hard to beat this set up for our future family holidays! Thank you so much x

the house and the location were breathtaking.👍 We were 10 people (6 adults and 4 children) outside with a large pool and many sunbathing possibilities. In the house it has everything you need. We were a group of 5. This place was amazing. We absolutely loved the pool, gardens and multiple balconies and sitting areas. We were very comfortable here. Individual bathrooms for each bedroom was a bonus. We always chose to stay in the outskirts of a bigger city and had no problems maneuvering public transportation to get into Rome. Absolutely recommend this home and Marcello. He was very responsive to all of our needs.

Bye-bye, I booked the property for my sister and her family, and she was more than happy with her stay. The apartment was exactly as described – clean, well equipped and in a beautiful location. The landlord and her wife was very kind and helpful. Everything worked smoothly, and my sister would recommend this place at any time. Thanks for a great service!

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

Super nice house with plenty of space especially outside. We traveled 2 adults and 2 teenagers we had a lot of fun. Super nice pool with a tilt. Several shopping and restaurants right nearby by car. Thank you for 5 lovely days in the house. ☀️

Had a wonderful 10 night stay in this lovely location. Without doubt, the best aspect of the rental is the 15m pool, which is so unusual for a small size property. The location is very private, it is not overlooked at all by the few neighbours. The owners live a few km away, so we had the place entirely to ourselves, apart from the resident friendly dog and a few cats. Nerina (the dog) liked being around us, but was never intrusive. She does sometimes bark at things in the night. There is lots of covered area, which was essential for us in July, with a large selection of places to sit and relax. Cushions were provided for the loungers, and we spent many happy hours on the swing seat which was very comfortable. The house itself is full of the owner’s mementos, and although compact was comfortable. The single a/c unit in the lounge was OK for keeping the place cool in the evenings, including the bedroom which doesn’t have (or really need) it’s own unit. There is no oven in the small kitchen, so we had to take care when deciding what to cook. The owners came by each evening to feed the dog, water the plants, and tidy up outside. They were never intrusive, and their English was much better than our very poor Italian. Definitely somewhere we would consider returning to if we come back to this part of Italy.

this place was amazing.. and hospitality was far greater than expected. The host was so helpful and kind.. for example, we were having a hard time reaching out for a taxi to get to the city on time for our night tour of Rome.. we reached out to the host for any suggestions and she immediately got on the phone to get a hold of transportation for. she even offered to take us... what host does this. its a definite must stay for me and my family anytime i visit Rome ❤️
