Apartment holiday rentals in Nettuno

We stayed here for two nights, the house is small, entrance with kitchen, sofa bed and table, then bathroom and bedroom with double bed. Very clean house equipped with everything you need (dishes, coffee maker, clean towels, air conditioning) The owners are very helpful and very friendly people, they welcomed us in person and showed us the house. We'll definitely be back since we had a great time! The area is close to the sea and close to supermarkets, the car is recommended to get around.

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

Ludovica is a lovely host, she always replies quickly, answers any questions and gives lots of recommendations. And she also happily solves any problems. The apartment is the perfect distance for anything you need; shopping, groceries, cafes, bars, restaurants, nice clothing boutiques and lots of amazing gelato!! Inside the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly suited for simple tasty meals, the living room/dining room is lovely with windows to listen to the Italian music near the food/clothes market or double glazed to keep it totally quiet. Also there’s good air conditioning in the bedroom and living room with the hotter weather! Ludovica’s home was the perfect getaway spot to walk to the beach, visit the amazing Ostia Antica Parc and 2 quick trains ride to Rome. We’re nice and chilled after our trip and we’re definitely coming back. Thanks to Ludovica and Fabrizio.

We had a lovely stay at Andrea‘s apartment. Andrea was very welcoming and brought us to the apartment. The apartment is absolutely lovely, a place that immediately feels like home. We could always reach Andrea whenever we had questions, he even showed us around the area, the best stay in Italy so far! We would love to come back to this place. <3

Highly recommended, the host is always available and kind. The apartment is close to the center, well served with pharmacies, bars and a supermarket a stone's throw away.

We had a great stay at Stefania’s place. We love how easy it was to find and that it was very close to restaurants, convenient stores, bus stop and pharmacy. It was as described and was very clean. Our group’s stay in Ariccia was unforgettable because of this accommodation.

Peripheral area. Quiet neighborhood but no places to have lunch or dinner except by car. Places of interest 30/35 minutes by car Zoomarine, Cinecittà World, Torvaianica, Castel Romano outlet. For supermarkets, you can get to Pavona (8/10 minutes) or Pomezia (8/10 minutes) by car. The house is fully equipped, perfect. As the only indication/advice, I suggest equipping the apartment with an anti-mosquito repellent system because mosquito nets may not be sufficient.

Clean, bright and quiet accommodation, not far from the center of Latina, with all the comforts and even more (gym and parking space) Luca allowed us access with our Labrador breed dog which is a rarity. He is also always available for any need if necessary. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Luca.

Laura and Mario were very responsive to all our queries. Mario fetched us from our vehicle to bring us to the property which made it easy for us to find it. He was very helpful and even carried some of our bags. He gave us an informative orientation around the house and all amenities. He also gave restaurant recommendations which we tried and it did not disappoint. His recommendations were among the best in town so I’m really grateful that we were able to try the best food that Castel Gandolfo locals have to offer. ❤️ I really appreciate that Laura helped us with our check out time. I was worried as my other accomodation was not flexible but I’m glad Laura was able to help me. The place is close to everything such as the papal summer residence, restaurants, pharmacy, souvenirs, mini grocery, and Lake Albano was also walkable from the accomodation. My kids and I walked to the lake and they had loads of fun!

The apartment is beautifully furnished. It is very clean and comfortable, located perfectly on the Main Street of the town. I can only recommend this place and would definitely book it again.

We were really very friendly received, everything was super explained the apartment is very nicely furnished as in the pictures, Netflix etc. also works without problems. We had a nice welcome basket with a lunch (pasta & arrabiatasauce) and other goodies and a bottle of water, so you don't necessarily have to go shopping right away. And the apartment is very close to the beach, you can see and hear the sea from the balcony. Simply magical!! Many thanks to Maria Christina and Francesco, we felt at home. And we will definitely come back!!

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

We had a fantastic stay! Barbara went above and beyond—especially by setting up the pool on such short notice, which truly made the trip extra special. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the effort she put into accommodating our last-minute request. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again! Elvira and her husband Marco were very very warm and super friendly!! They were always there if we needed help and were always available to us! The place was impeccable, clean and just sweet. The house is beautiful and you can fully enjoy the summer here😍 Towards the end, they even gave us a farewell gift, very very sweet and thoughtful.🥹 I can recommend this place and these hosts 100%!
