The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. The view of the over 100-year-old beech and the ancient rhododendron bushes - almost trees - in the garden is breathtaking. The original beams of the roof structure, illuminated with warm light, make the apartment particularly cozy.
