Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in a quiet part of Sandberg on a 7,000 sqm property. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash and play. In the garden you will find sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue corner as well as a frog pond and a children's play area with a swing and a stilt house, so there is enough space to relax and unwind.

On the farm, there are two lively, friendly dogs.

Claudia's lovingly fully furnished, about 40 sqm apartment, is located on the side of our house facing the garden in the center of Künzell, just a few minutes from the highway exit (A7) Fulda Mitte. In the garden there is the possibility to linger between apple trees and flowers. Within walking distance are shop, bakery, gastronomy beautiful park area. By car, bike or bus you are in a few minutes in the center of the beautiful city of Fulda.

Shopping is good in the Kaiserwiesen shopping center. About 18 minutes on foot.
