Our place is close to beautiful meadows and hills, ideal for relaxing, hiking, going offline.... You'll love our Lydi-Hütt' because of the location, because of the little something extra, and the surroundings of our beautiful Vogelsberg. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and dogs. The renovated half-timbered house is located in the hamlet of Schmitten. A hamlet is a very small residential development with approx. 10 houses. Pure idyll.

We rent our entire half-timbered house with 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 × 200 and 1 sofa bed each, which can be folded out on the floor to a lying surface of 120 × 200 + 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90 × 200, 1 of which is a loft bed), a dining-kitchen-living area and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The house is in the middle of the old town of Alsfeld and yet quiet. Everything is within walking distance. Children are welcome. Dogs are welcome.

Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

Here, two people will find plenty of space. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a fan, and satellite TV with streaming services.

We have bicycles that you can rent for free.
