Die FrankenFeWo liegt zentral im Naturpark Frankenhöhe in Neusitz, ca. 2 km von der mittelalterlichen Reichsstadt Rothenburg o. d. T. entfernt. Die beiden Ferienwohnungen wurden 2017 vollständig renoviert, neu und modern eingerichtet, mit Grillplatz im Garten. Check-In nach 21:00 Uhr durch Schlüsselsafe jederzeit möglich. The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." The lovingly furnished apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and is a non-smoking residence. It is centrally located and within walking distance of the historic old town. Many sights or excursion destinations in and around Rothenburg can be found in the information folder that is available in our holiday apartment. At the moment there is a construction site behind the house, so there may be construction noise.

Farm Apartment 1 - Gate to the Wine Paradise

In the middle of the wine village of Weigenheim is our apartment with about 35 square meters, perfect for two persons. Optimal starting point for cycling or hiking in the beautiful wine paradise of Franconia and the Steigerwald. A feeder to the Way of St. James leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg and Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1:15h.

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
