Charming and lovingly restored farmhouse in the countryside of Franconia. Built in 1581, the Kirchenstraße (Churches Street) Haus stands with tranquility over 430 years later. It's seated next door to St. Bartholomew's Church, where the bells chime harmoniously on the 1/4 hour. Oberdachstetten is a village of 1600 with a train stop, and close proximity to Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Nürnberg. The home has 5 bedrooms, for 13-9 Adults/4 kids + ultimate amenities for your respite in Germany.

On the huge terrace with a beautiful view, barbecue and terrace fire, in the panoramic sauna, the relaxation room and the large garden you can relax and forget the world. We have placed particular emphasis on high-quality and comprehensive furnishings. The cottage is rural and idyllic in a former holiday settlement and offers a lot of privacy.

We warmly welcome you to our idyllically located vacation home. A newly renovated accommodation with lovingly furnished rooms, two modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen awaits you. Free parking is available at the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Our vacation home is wonderfully suitable for up to 6 people (+ baby cribs), e.g. also for family gatherings as well as for motorcyclists, cyclists and hikers and all those who want to treat themselves to a break.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.
