The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the listed ensemble of castle and master house (State Music Academy). In the historic cellar from 1370 you will find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein." The house was completely renovated from 2014-2016.

Our accommodation is now one of the best-rated Airbnbs in the region – thanks to the central location between Koblenz and Bonn, the countless leisure opportunities right outside the door and the high level of comfort.

This small apartment offers all you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has a comfortable 2 m wide bed. The open living area has a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area with TV. The couch can be pulled out to a sofa bed if needed. The bathroom has a shower. Located very close to the driveway to the B42, this is the perfect starting point to reach various sights around Neuwied and Koblenz.

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
