TINY studio for one non-smoker. Our usual guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to check if our neighborhood is suitable for you. No smoking indoors or out. Memorial Hospital 3 blocks, Notre Dame 2.5 miles, downtown 1/2 mile. 8 minutes to SB Airport and 80/90 Toll Road.

Cozy 2 BR Apt less than 2 miles from Notre Dame

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. Plenty of space in the large bedrooms, living room and dining room. This unit is part of a 4 plex and is above the shared garage. We have put a white noise machine in the master bedroom in case the garage doors are disruptive. They do make the floors vibrate...so don't be startled. :) We do welcome extended stays, so please message for potential discounts! Pets are negotiable, please message for details.

This is a lovely room in a shared house. I was in town for an event at Notre Dame, and it’s not exactly within walking distance. However, getting to and from campus via Uber was quick and efficient. It’s very close to downtown, though. The room had everything I needed and the shared bathroom was clean and always accessible. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would stay again. I felt comfortable here as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.

We loved our stay at Myron and Lynn’s - and there’s a lot to love about Goshen. Their home is artistically decorated. The place is quiet and restful, the bed comfortable, the private bathroom very appreciated, and everything was clean and welcoming. It’s a great bargain! We would highly recommend their place. Their family business, Electric Brew, was within walking distance and an amazing place with great coffee, food, and service. They’re very interesting people with a strong connection to their community as well as fascinating stories and experiences. We were happy to spend time with them.

I loved my two nights here in South Bend. Babina’s place is ideal if you’re going to a show at the nearby theatre and she was very helpful and communicated well. Her house was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I’ll request to stay here if I return to South Bend.
